For some time a satisfied customer of TransIP, first a free Stack user and later as a paying customer.
Activating 2FA was not completely flawless with the desktop app, but well and quickly helped by the helpdesk.
So far I have had only positive experiences. The help desk responds very quickly, professionally and positively. The services provided are fine, website is fast, prices are good. An unlikely combination, but a good one :)
Excellent service. Problem with the Stack app on my tablet. Received a work around in no time. Just run and the app crashed and can not go back to my folders. Hartstacke good!
First months were okay, when upgrading to a VPS things got bad. Little support, decided to go to another hosting and asked for a refund after trying out the BladeVPS for an week, not possible because you're no consumer but a company. Never again, for people with no advanced knowledge of setting up a VPS I wouldn't choose TransIP.

I am very satisfied with the storage at TransIp / Stack and Stack's online helpdesk. The support is fast and adequate and the explanation about the possibilities and how you can use them is very clear and easy to follow.
I took over the management of my own website without any knowledge of this field. I got an answer to all my questions very quickly and everything was set up in no time. Customer service is TOP.
When I started using a new phone, I was unable to access my STACK because I could not link the Google Authenticator of my new phone to STACK. Disabling MFA in my control panel did not offer the desired solution. The Helpdesk can very by mail to inform you that my STACK my own (separate) MFA, and that I could use one of my tokens to access the web environment. Here I could get MFA working again in combination with my new phone.

shame about the misleading VPS action, first VPS first month for free, I did not have a VPS in my account but just had to pay the first month, nothing free! For many years customer but I see Transip declining lately and have all my hosting plus domain names and my stack moves to Strato, who know what service is!

TransIP is good hosting in the technical sense, no big downtimes o.i.d. If you want to cancel, it is best to do this directly via the control panel. I want to forget that sometimes, and that is my fault. However, TransIP is wrong by automatically renewing without permission, or even without informing the customer. You must immediately pay for the entire next year. That is forbidden, because tacit renewal. You need the Wet van Dam to solve that. After e-mailing back and forth, it is also resolved with the trade fair closed. I really appreciate that. However, this practice is not an accident, but a deliberate choice to make customers pay for something they no longer want. They can also email in advance to warn that they are about to renew, or better yet, ask permission to renew. That's why it is three stars and the hope for a sustainable, customer-friendly change at TransIP.

I have had 1 TB from TransIP for over a year and I am very satisfied with it. The storage is extremely stable, easy to use from PC and app on the phone and, not unimportantly, super fast to access, upload and download. I also trust them completely in their integrity, unlike the 'big' guys.
I have backed up my entire 20 year photo archive to their system. I can show a photo to someone very quickly from my phone.

As a web designer I have been purchasing hosting from TransIP myself and for clients for years. Service has always been good and often go beyond the call of duty to resolve technical issues. At the time also allowed to use their STACK WebDAV from 1TB for free and very satisfied with that.
It is a pity that they do not contact you by telephone when an invoice is still open, but then close your entire account so that you no longer receive any emails.
After more than 12 years as a customer, you will be treated like a scrap, worthless company.

Terrible webshosting....you can't call them or chat with them for pre-sales questions or technical questions. You have to email them. Who would host their website with a company that is only open certain hours and days of the week. Websites and servers can break down 24/7 ... Be careful before you choose this small company to host your 24/7 website. There are many other better host companies out there that offer the same prices and packages.

Very Bad, Transip uses those hidden prices just like other budget websites. Only transip sets itself as more "advanced" than other hosts. It is total nonsense. The control panel is so unclear and so unfriendly to use, after years they have not realized that the website has to be designed for users and not for themselves. I have been with them for years but I am leaving now, 2 domain names cost you 30 euros a year. 30 euros for nothing, you just get a big bill sent home and a bad control panel in return. Outrageous, never to do anything with this mess again.
Never trust companies that don't give out their phone number. Like TransIP.

Used them for domain registration of 100+ domains. Always excellent service availability. Good and fast support. Painless DNSSEC support. The control panel for domain and DNS management is satisfactory, although some things could be improved there. Its not the cheapest, but the quality makes up for that.

Stay away! They swap your drives at night so the bored guy on the night shift can have a peek at your data, Their systems fail on a monthly basis, you will get one after the other email about some incident that took place on your server, Financial support is horrible! They have an attitude towards you, and the most important thing THEY LIE TO YOU !

I have been using Transip's 1 TB storage facility for a few years now, and am extremely pleased with it. Important files let me synchronize continuously, or back up. For me no Dropbox or other external storage in America that someone else can watch. The technical support is excellent and - especially - fast. It sometimes seems like someone is constantly waiting behind his screen until you ask a question. The switch to more storage space - for example 2 or 3 TB - is just too big for me in relation to the free 1 TB. Furthermore, the transmission speed from the storage to the local area should be much better than it is now. Furthermore, the service is absolutely TOP!
Fine online storage for all data. Customer service is always very fast, friendly and helpful. You also get a lot more free storage memory than with foreign competitors (Google, Microsoft). In short; more storage and better customer service in your own language!
First make one of our partitions corrupt (!) Due to a mistake and then refuse to provide adequate support. We pay for backups, but apparently they are not made properly either. At Transip we have lived in a delusion of security and have paid a lot for it.

Transip administration is a mess. 11 Months (after cancellation of VPS server) later I received all invoices that were still open. The day before I was emailed that I had paid too much and would still receive money. Who will understand that. Bad company!

After my old laptop had finally collapsed, I wanted to quickly install and use the service of TransIP "Stack" on a newly purchased copy. My Stack volume, however, is on an external HDD and I did not get that quickly connected to the Coud service. One support call at TransIP and I had an adequate response from Felix in no time.

I have been using Transip's 1 TB storage facility for almost a year now, and am extremely satisfied with it. I can synchronize important files manually, or back up via Windows exe software program, from my desk desktop PC.
The Android app is user-friendly too.
However, I sent the helpdesk an e-mail last week (quick reaction) how I can synchronize or back up with my QnapNas TS 253Pro with WebDef.
To date, I have not succeeded, but that can come through my knowledge.
Who knows, someone will read this, with the same QnapNas, who can give me a step-by-step plan.
Had a problem with the disk. Could not download files larger than 50 MB from network drive. I sent a question and thought I had to wait until Monday for an answer (was Saturday in the evening). Less than five minutes later I received an answer and my problem was solved! This is top service! Hence 5 of my well deserved stars.
The best Internet Server provider in the Netherlands. You can even install your server online and log in. Very well-arranged website and very human help desk. I have been a very satisfied customer for more than five years!
Most important first: websites load fast and the prices are fine in my opinion! At TransIP I am particularly impressed by the excellent service.
The control panel is clear and very pleasant to use. I also find the support impressive. Ask a question and you have an answer 9 times out of 10 within the hour you can move forward.
The knowledge base of TransIP is also nice. On the website there is a lot of information with which you can see your questions answered. Step by step is explained how you should set things up for example G Suite, Office365, etc.

What a shit company. Contact incredibly complicated and then still uninterested and unhelpful assistance. Don't bother really finding out what the problem is. And this is not a one-off experience.
Great (and fast) help. In my windows 10 environment I could no longer open folders in Stack when they had a certain file size. Turned out to be a problem in Windows 10. Put on the trail of accessing folders via WinSCP and CyberDuck by the help desk. This worked well! Quickly and expertly assisted.
