I had problems with the photo app from TransIP. Report made. They picked that up well. My photos were blurry and small on TransIP.
After some searching of the employee it turned out that I myself had done something wrong. You don't find out yourself, I think.
My compliments for the support and especially the speed with which questions and problems are dealt with. Within about 2 weeks they had done the job. Apple can learn something from that.
A problem there cost me more than 2 months.
I am very satisfied with STACK. Super!
