They have a terrace that is ideal for a drink in summer while enjoying the sunset. However, the prices are high: the Coronita is 7 and the mojitos 13. Sometimes there is enough queue to enter, so I recommend you go soon.
They also have a pool, but the price is not affordable ( 25-50).

Very nice staff , beautiful hotel, couldn't be more central. Everything really excellent. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that sometimes the staff don't pass messages on to other staff, so sometimes seems a little disorganised. However, a really excellent hotel.

Bad experience, treatment of high-ranking staff unacceptable. A lady called clear, she treated me with superior airs, without any education to give a cordial treatment to her clients. But she is taught to deal with education and respect for clients, staff inferior to your rank and people of any kind. Thank you.

If you want to enjoy a drink on the roof on summer evenings, it is a good place to appreciate the views of the night in Madrid.

First of all the people that work here are awesome, however the people that stay here are not. People mingle by the elevators after boozing it up all night at the rooftop bar and wake people up all hours of the night ( rooftop is open until 2 am)
This is not a kid friendly hotel as it seems to be after the singles scene. Even their ads seem to try to attract a young crowd willing to spend a fortune getting hammered upstairs
DO NOT get a room on the 7th Floor or you will regret it like I did ( Rooftop bar is on 7th and they allow public access which is a mistake)

A very well decorated place, with very careful details and spectacular views. Do not expect them to give you an appetizer for the beer that you are going to ask for, at a rather high price, but it is what has a fashionable place with this location

Great terrace. Nice environment. Prices are high. Maybe too high. However, good customer services... The outdoor area was really cold and some of the heating lamps were not working. We got blankets which helped a bit. It would be great if they played music in that zone.

What a hidden and exclusive pearl in Chueca. A great view and surprising ingredients in their cocktails.. very lounge ambiance - the lighting was perfect and the heating via brasero effective.. we were very well cared for with an effective waiter and impeccable service.. i plan on returning during my next visit and maybe in the late-Spring or summer when the pool is open on the rooftop!

Very expensive cocktails. The presentation is worked out but then they do not taste so good. There are not so many views. There are better terraces in Madrid.

If you want a central, modern and cozy hotel, this is what you need. It has possibly the best terrace in Madrid to have a drink at night and enjoy the views of the city. To access the terrace you do not need to stay at the hotel, but you have to make a drink, the price is not excessive and it is compensated by the quality and the views.

Good located and very attentive staff. To put a but that the elevators is shared with the non-hosted customers who want to enjoy the terrace.

The receptionists and the terrace organizers are not ashamed. They made us wait for more than an hour to enter the rooftop. We could not even sit on the reception sofa, although we had a friend who was fainting from the heat. They got us every time we asked what was going on, telling us that the terrace is full although we asked people to leave the hotel and they told us they left the terrace. A total shame, a deplorable service, I do not recommend it to anyone!

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. We had heard enough about this terrace. We decided to go on a Tuesday in August. After wandering a few minutes, we fell at the bar in front of a stupid "waitress" with more roots in the hair than the potatoes in my pantry that kept tapping a "bic" pen on the bar. When they were not yet finished putting the glasses in the bar, he puts a little tray on top of us with the bill and says: "I'm charging you?" At least finish preparing what you're going to charge us, right?

Fortunately, the hysterical laughter of a client "Lo Loreto Valverde" did not hear the conversations of the staff .... Come on, a little gem ...

The hotel has a terrace at the top that is great, with a pool, bars to drink cocktails, and it is also designer.

With a perfect situation and high standing rooms make it perfect for sightseeing in the city.

Our room was a good size, with a small desk and wallpaper recreating bodies. I liked the detail and the position of the headboard, which was a mirror that occupied the entire wall and that inside it were the lamps.

The only problem I see with the hotel is that to use the pool they charge you even if you are staying at the hotel since it is run by another company. It is somewhat absurd that after paying considerable money for a room they also make you pay to use their facilities. When you pay for the pool they invite you to a drink, although I still find it very bad on their part.

The hotel is phenomenally well located, it is nice, the terrace is spectacular, the rooms are large with very good aesthetics, cozy, the breakfast is very good, the staff is very friendly, in my opinion it is an ideal hotel to go as a couple and visit Madrid, but ... The breakfast room is full at rush hour and you have to wait, it's small and the views are non-existent in the rooms that do not face the square (well, a very old and very close roof) In short, you can not have everything.

Hotel located in the center of Madrid, in the Chueca neighborhood. Simply spectacular if you want to spend an unforgettable night with your partner or with your friends. Very nice hotel well located in the center and yet quiet area. In front of the hotel a relaxed square where you can sit. Nice taberna where you can eat tapas and sit under the trees. In 3 minutes you are on Gran Via, the beautiful main street of Madrid.

Downtown hotel. Good comunicated. No parking available but there is one very close. The treatment very good. The terrace is perfect for a drink and enjoy the views.

Located in the centre of Madrid in the Chueca area this modern and minimalist chic hotel is really something else. The terrace on the top floor is a must for great views over the capital whilst enjoying a cocktail with friends. There's even a swimming pool should you need to cool off in the summer :-) Great service as you'd expect.

The terrace decoration and view makes it sell alone and less badly because if it depended on customer service, it would not survive. We ordered a bottle of wine and when they brought us the glasses they looked like they had submerged it in the pool and they put them directly on the table (soaked). We asked if it was possible to sit in another place that was unoccupied, and it was not possible because to sit there you had to make a minimum consumption of 100 euros. The nuts that we were put to accompany the drink tasted like rays; and although they say they close at two we had to take the bottle in hand in a plastic bag because the staff, before the time, was urged to leave.

Cheesy and unprofessional staff (in my case I attended Laura). He did not find my reservation and he puts himself on top of it as if it were my fault. There are other Hotels in Madrid with a better quality-price ratio! // unfriendly stuff who think they are superior to you - will not repeat

It s a funky hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the historic sights. I had very noice Neighbours during my stay. When I mentioned it to the manager she offered me an alternate room. As I need my sleep I accepted the offer. I packed my bags and went out. When I returned my luggage had been moved to a lovely room (and larger too). Not always things go right but she knew how to solve an issue! Many thanks really enjoyed my 4 night stay.

I like the location of the hotel, its Attic terrace, its perfect Bed. I don't like its buffet, nor the treatment of the staff.

Very nice, friendly welcome .... pool in roof top small but refreshing. Too bad the staff at the pool is not as friendly as the reception. The standard room is rather dark and without view.

Very good hotel and I try 10! We were on the Halloween bridge and the whole hotel was very nicely decorated with that theme. And each morning they left us a candy on the bed
The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom light, nothing good to put on makeup in front of the mirror .. And the bedside lamps, too big and taking up a lot of space.
