Web hosting orders and pays went well for a while.
Suddenly without consultation or giving information can no longer come to the surfer to read orders or to load products. They just stopped using FTP for a while. had contact (very impersonal, everything via a chat)
I had more or less a week to switch to another webshop program, and in the meantime the "gate" would be open again after a week and a half, the gate was closed and I could do nothing again.
Then switch to a Host who does keep the door open for paying customers. Oh yes, the months that I couldn't get in or on it were billed.
