I have been a TransIP customer for 7 years. Despite the fact that I have an unmanaged VPS running, the help desk is never too bad to take me quickly and to the point.
Recently I also have STACK. I experienced some problems with an sftp connection, namely very slow. It appears that that interface is still in a beta stage. With the SFTP CLI, I am certainly enjoying myself. Now hope they can complete the beta phase and achieve a maximum upload speed.
