I had insurance with them for over 4 years.If they ever called me saying I owed them anything at any time I would pay them on the spot.I move addresses and had an issue with my bank card from multiple places.Instead of calling me to tell me I needed to make a payment they canceled my insurance after I paid almost $350 a month prior to them .To say I have been done dirty is an understatement.I realize it was a banking error but they could have called me as they have in the past.I talked to the owner to let him know my situation l.He said he could do nothing and it was better for me to go elsewhere....Well I certainly will sir and I will be sure to tell everyone I come across the way you treat your customer of 5 years
