My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Toyota On The Park. We went in to consider a trade in for my 2012 Corolla. At first we were looking at used cars but then we were presented with the option of a new car for not that much of a difference. We ended up getting a new 2016 Rav4 LE with the upgrade package at a similar price that we would have paid for the used Rav4's we were looking at! Bob helped us pick the right car at a considerable price and with great payment options. This was the 2nd time I was buying a car from this dealership and with Bob's help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and strongly recommend asking for Bob from sales when looking to buy!

On the Saturday 17th of February we went to test drive couple of considered vehicles as a replacement for our old one, without intention to purchase. The last stop was at Toyota On The Park, upon arrival we have been introduced to Paul Barreto, Sales and Leasing Consultant, who has given us his undivided attention, need to mention, time of our arrival was 5 pm. He listened to all our demands/wishes for the new vehicle and he took us for a test drive, from which we have returned at 6 pm which is the time of dealership closure. Only then we have started discussing a possible purchase and terms. With the little assistance of Chris Walters, New Vehicle Sales Manage, we have decided to purchase a new vehicle. In next couple of days, we dealt with another great team member, Ali Nikipour. and on Saturday 24th of February we drove off with smiles on our faces in a brand new Toyota.

We have been Toyota On the Park customers since its inception and have always appreciated the excellent service provided. With each visit we are impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism offered us. This attitude permeates the entire organization starting at the top with Matt the GM to Mario the Service Manager and to Hon our Service Advisor. Our faith was tested somewhat during a recent extended recall during which we were without our car for almost 5 months but the TOTP team stepped up big time during the entire process. After 15 years, it was time for me to let go of my 2005 RAV4. We came to Toyota On the Park based on a referral from a friend. Our sales rep, Kevin Loth was great. He instantly had a great rapport with my husband. After going to two different dealerships, we ultimately decided to give our business here. We love our new 2020 RAV4. Our delivery specialist Ricardo Garcia was excellent and very knowledgeable. There s a lot of changes to the car in 15 years but we left feeling confident using all the new technology. So far a great experience. I came today to get a new car "Toyota Corolla 2019".

The rep gave complete assistance and detailing on the car along with the best pricing. After the pricing stuff was done I was taken the Financial department to understand the financing cost and my options, where they upselled me toyota protection plan for the car. I ended up taking all the premium stuff, cause it's gonna be important for the future. I did feel sceptic initially however all my questions were answered.

Still I have my fingers crossed. Sometime you get screwed over these things. I will still research about there protection plans to cancel if I need too before I pick up the car.

Nevertheless a good experience for my new car.

Happened into this dealership 5 years ago to lease a car and walked out with my Matrix which I absolutely loved. With my lease up in July I decided to go in one day to see about upgrading to an SUV and also took my younger sister in to get her first car for her new job. We intended to look only, but both of us walked out with new car that we we thrilled with. The RAV 4 Hybrid SE for myself and the Corolla iM for my sister. I picked mine up the very next day! Our sales person was Andrey, who is apparently new, and he was fantastic, listening to what we both wanted and making suggestions. He and his Sales Manager, worked with both of us on price to get it where we were comfortable and took over the remaining 2 months I had left on my Matrix. Definitely great service and made the whole process for my sister, who was a bit overwhelmed initially, smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Just got my 2009 Rav4 service and Kash Morota is always on point. Keep up the excellent work. Ill gladly do the drive here even though there is 2 Toyota dealers located 15 from me.

Made an appointment to come see a SUV for sale since i was coming from 1.5hrs away. I was never notified (yes i gave my name and number when setting up the appointment) and made the drive in.
Found out when i went on the website and could no lomg find the suv.

This location of Toyota cannot hold a candle to the owner's other location Scarborough Toyota. Firstly when you go into the location if you are not dressed a particular way or of a particular nationality they don't look at you. I experienced that personally. I was dealing with Sulman before this other person Shelley Butler took over the file. Sulman was a sweet and kind finance manager who cared about the customer. She on the other hand is a very rude and disrespectful person. She should not be dealing with the public as the disdain she shows to customer she perceives is not able to afford the product is awful. I went with a person new to Canada to purchase a vehicle. The way she spoke to him compared to the initial communication he had with Sulman is like night and day. I would never set foot back in this dealership. She needs to have sensibility training. If I could give 0 star I would.
Secondly, sent a detailed email to the manager Matt Treacy about the experience from October 30th until now I have not gotten a reply. There are several car dealership in this city who would be very happy to work with us. I am a long time client of Lexus on the park and I would not trade for anything as they know customer service especially Benjamin.
Hope someone in management sees this post and do something about the attitude of their treatment of customers. Today an immigrant can have financial challenges and tomorrow be your boss. Never underestimate an immigrant who has education and ambition.

Great location, highly professional staff, at least the one I met, but sadly understaffed which cost them a customer.

Came in without an appointment, waited in line, all my questions were answered professionally, and I was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day came, arrived on time for my appointment, but I was relegated for another customer because they were more in an advanced negotiation talk.

I bought my 2018 Rav4 Hybrid at Toyota on the Park from Tony K. and Rashed I. The dealership itself is nice and comfortable. There are tons of inventory, lots of cars on display, plenty of refreshment choices and places to sit. It has a more laid back, comfortable feel than other dealerships we went to.

This was our first time working with Tony and I was so happy that I bought my second car from him. Tony is HONEST, knowledgeable, professional, kind and definitely not aggressive unlike some sales persons I ve met in the past. I would definitely recommend Tony to anyone, including friends and family.

This was our 4th time working with Rashed and like the other three times, it couldn t have been an easier process. Rashed is straight to the point, HONEST and gives you the best deal. There s no one else we would rather work with and we will definitely work with him again soon!

Our initial financial manager was Shelly B., whom I would never want to work with ever again. Long story short, what she says can t be trusted. We signed our final documents with Salmoun? who was caught in the middle but he was pleasant.

I had a horrible service experience today. I had to bring my car back in as a wire that connects my speaker amplifier to my fuse box underneath my steering wheel went missing. I did not touch nor did I tuck this wire in anywhere. The service person was already in a bad mood after my service was booked in-correctly by her co-worker. I had to re-state my issue and was blamed for bringing in my car 15 days after the service (in between the holidays and vacation), and was told that it was not Toyota s fault in a loud and disrespectful tone. I did not argue and simply stated the scenario. I was blamed again after the technician found the wire underneath a panel. Not what I expected from a company that prides themselves on an excellent service experience. They have lost me as a customer.

I had a fantastic buying experience with my sales advisor Mahad Mofrad. He was super helpful and friendly, he was able to answer all my questions promptly and accurately. He was available from early mornings to late at night through text, phone calls and email. I am from out of town so having great communication was key to completing the sale. The financing manager Shelly was also very helpful in getting me the best interest rate possible.

I went to Toyota on the Park to look for the car that fit for myself and to my family and also fit to my budget. Peter D Costa is the one who have helped me on that day. He suggests to me to get the Toyota Rav 4 2020 which is perfect for the new driver because of safety features and also good for winter and perfect when you have a family of your own. First time that we have ever been to this dealership. We had missed or service on our brand new Highlander due to the fact that we were concerned about where to service the car. We did not like the service we received at the purchasing dealer and frankly afraid they would damage our vehicle. The service we received tonight was truly outstanding! We came in fully thinking we would have to drop the car over night. With two young kids, we had to "arrange" school drop off, Karate, basketball swimming. With one car it would be tough, but manageable. The Toyota on the park service crew realized our predicament, told us they would have the car done in and hour and even picked me up at my house when the car was done. We were able to get home and feed our kids thanks to the service you guys extended. If you live in this area, forget any other Toyota store, this one get two thumbs up. We just recently picked up our new CHR from this dealership and all I can say is that it has been such a wonderful experience so unlike the other experiences I had in the past. Buying a car is not an easy decision but luckily we were referred to Paul Barreto and he made sure that we understand every detail and that we are happy with our purchase. I can say that I have never met someone as patient and dedicated as Paul. Very well organized operation. Checkin and checkout were efficient, and they were able to put two technicians on the work so that I could be out by a personal deadline. Explanation of the problems found and work to be done was clear and helpful. Probably not the cheapest option, but trustworthy.

i bought used car from these guys last year june and they supposed to give me two keys and they only provide one key then sales person who is sold to me ask me to come another day to get the 2nd key but some reson i am not able to make an appointment with them then never give me the 2nd key now i aonly have one key .i am not happy about that service.

Made a "deal" over the phone spent over 2 hours of negotiation back and forth. The next afternoon my pregnant wife spent her Time cleaning out trade in vehicle as we were to meet at 7 to sign papers. Just to be informed they sold it from underneath us as they obviously had a higher payer. Clearly salesman's words (Ricky) means absolutely nothing. Also had the manager give me a price then call back to just raise it 500 bucks even tho nothing changed? Terrible customer service clearly worried more about dollar figures than the customer at hand. Me nor any of my family will deal with them or their other dealership as this was the most disgusting service I've ever recieved from a dealership. The used car sales Dept. Is full of your typical car salesman that CANNOT be trusted.

Paul was called me during the day and left a message. Afterwards, I called several time to book for termination of my lease n buyback. However, it was hard to reach to financial team(Sal & Shelly) When I finally reached him n mentioning for booking date n time. I tried to say more what kind of papers do i bring in but phone is hung off on me. He told me about the financial team s working hours were at weekday mon to thur till 5pm only. To make it worse, they offered no after hours and no Saturday. This is a major inconvenience for Customers. How are we supposed to finance our cars during Saturday, if it s the only time available in the month and the financial department is closed?

I dealt with Chloe from start to finish and it was a great experience overall. It was my first time buying a car myself and she helped guide us through totally. From booking online, her responsiveness, her flexibility made it very easy to get everything done. Highly recommended.

When you enter the sales area you first notice the calm environment. The receptionist welcomes you and offers a coffee. I then meet my salesperson Frank who is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring young man. I explain that I just want to explore the purchase of a new car....no sale to-day. He gives me a tour of the Highlander and I'm impressed with the car and equally impressed with Frank. I ask for some preliminary information regarding cost and trade-in. A manager, Chris stops by and gives me a "ball park figure. I thank everyone and tell them I still have to research another dealership.

I arrive home and tell my wife how nice everyone has been. We return within the week, having decided on the Highlander and Toyota on the Park.....easy decision. Frank and Peter are there to complete the purchase. There is no pressure or negotiating. The transaction is totally painless. We then meet with Shelly of financial services. She is delightful and a pleasure to work with. Frank then gives me a tour of the dealership and I am even more impressed. The service and parts departments are in a building separate from the sales area. I meet service consultant Alisha who is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We then go to the restaurant/lounge area where one can wait while their car is being serviced....first class. This separation of functions helps explain my first impression of the showroom.

Bottom line...great car and uniformly first class employees in a very special dealership.

This is the second vehicle I am buying from Toyota on the Park.

Pairing "genuine" with "car salesman" could, in some cases, be viewed as an oxymoron. Not in the case of Jeff Moore who was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, funny and, yes (!), absolutely 100% genuine during the process of purchasing my new RAV4 this week at Toyota On the Park. I arrived at the dealership exhausted and edgy after having spent my day trudging from dealership to dealership and being subjected to a multitude of pressure sale tactics, in an attempt to find "the" car for me. He was able to put me at ease and really suss out what it was that I wanted, walk me through the process, provide advice and, best of all, let me leave to go think about the test drive and the information he'd given me without making me feel like I'd be burning a bridge. The RAV4 is a quality vehicle and Toyota has an excellent reputation, so it was always among the handful of choices I was considering. All the parts are expensive and the parts department needs a new manager please go to
Scarborough toyota or brimell toyota please don't get embarrassed by the parts and basic service prices are high compared to other nearby toyota dealerships totaly unfair and parts really needs a huge improvements and training customer service also service .

I bought a Camry today and the sales person name was Matt Dezfuli. He did explain all details about the car patiently.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Popovski and Peter D'Costa when buying a pre-owned Sienna.
There were quite professional, honest and helpful.
They sold me a great car and made a fair deal that was a win for both of us.
Whatever they committed to was done perfectly.
I was surprised that after we had an agreement, Toyota replaced the 4 wheels and brake pads since they didn't pass the inspection. As Peter confirmed to me: "They don't cut corners".

Each and every time I bring in my car for regular service at the Toyota On The Park, their service department has never once disappointed me.

From the moment I drove in, I get a pleasant greeting from one of the staff (Dalcio) he then directs me to any of their service advisors that can best help me. This time Alex Chan was my advisor

He too was very pleasant as he listen to me explained the problems with my vehicle, and no matter how minor it maybe he would make sure they look into it. Knowing that I ll be waiting for a short time, he escorted to the waiting area and pointed out the complementary coffee (Good Coffee!!). He told me to relax and that he would come back and see me when all is done and explain clearly what s been done and if he had any recommendation of what should be done.

As I waited I notice other customer seems lost, but with-in seconds a service staff would literarily stop what they were doing and approach them to help the customer Wow! That is service.

Before long Alex was back and once again my SUV was running perfectly, before I left I asked if I can get his boss first name. He didn t even as why and he had no worries on his face for he knows he had service me well. As he direct me to Mario s office, unfortunately he was in at the time but Kash was there as he stated that we would convey my complements to his service crews, not just the name I ve mention but the service staff I ve observe help other customers as I waited .
