Happened into this dealership 5 years ago to lease a car and walked out with my Matrix which I absolutely loved. With my lease up in July I decided to go in one day to see about upgrading to an SUV and also took my younger sister in to get her first car for her new job. We intended to look only, but both of us walked out with new car that we we thrilled with. The RAV 4 Hybrid SE for myself and the Corolla iM for my sister. I picked mine up the very next day! Our sales person was Andrey, who is apparently new, and he was fantastic, listening to what we both wanted and making suggestions. He and his Sales Manager, worked with both of us on price to get it where we were comfortable and took over the remaining 2 months I had left on my Matrix. Definitely great service and made the whole process for my sister, who was a bit overwhelmed initially, smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!
