This location of Toyota cannot hold a candle to the owner's other location Scarborough Toyota. Firstly when you go into the location if you are not dressed a particular way or of a particular nationality they don't look at you. I experienced that personally. I was dealing with Sulman before this other person Shelley Butler took over the file. Sulman was a sweet and kind finance manager who cared about the customer. She on the other hand is a very rude and disrespectful person. She should not be dealing with the public as the disdain she shows to customer she perceives is not able to afford the product is awful. I went with a person new to Canada to purchase a vehicle. The way she spoke to him compared to the initial communication he had with Sulman is like night and day. I would never set foot back in this dealership. She needs to have sensibility training. If I could give 0 star I would.
Secondly, sent a detailed email to the manager Matt Treacy about the experience from October 30th until now I have not gotten a reply. There are several car dealership in this city who would be very happy to work with us. I am a long time client of Lexus on the park and I would not trade for anything as they know customer service especially Benjamin.
Hope someone in management sees this post and do something about the attitude of their treatment of customers. Today an immigrant can have financial challenges and tomorrow be your boss. Never underestimate an immigrant who has education and ambition.
