Made a "deal" over the phone spent over 2 hours of negotiation back and forth. The next afternoon my pregnant wife spent her Time cleaning out trade in vehicle as we were to meet at 7 to sign papers. Just to be informed they sold it from underneath us as they obviously had a higher payer. Clearly salesman's words (Ricky) means absolutely nothing. Also had the manager give me a price then call back to just raise it 500 bucks even tho nothing changed? Terrible customer service clearly worried more about dollar figures than the customer at hand. Me nor any of my family will deal with them or their other dealership as this was the most disgusting service I've ever recieved from a dealership. The used car sales Dept. Is full of your typical car salesman that CANNOT be trusted.
