I didn't have a good experience with them. I bought a new car and when I picked up the car I was surprised to receive two scratched car keys. After 4 months waiting for the "new keys", I received two used and scratched car keys. Anyway, I will never suggest my friends to by a car in Toyota On The Park.
I went to Toyota on the Park with my wife to check out and test drive a used Prius they had for sale. We ended up wanting a different option package than that car had, but will definitely be using this place for servicing and any other dealer needs we end up having. Andrew Ramsey helped us and was polite, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Left us feeling great about the Toyota brand and especially this dealer. I wish everyone in sales had his attitude and skillset as the car shopping experience would be a much better process than it often is!

I was shopping around different dealers for a new car. Some dealers were not revealing their best price, trying to fool me, even the attitude was disrespectful in some cases. However, I got the best offer from Toyota On The Park. Best in the sense of salesmanship, support, ease of process, and most importantly the price. Mr. Peter D'Costa was dealing with me. He was the nicest among all the consultants. I asked him a lot of irrelevant questions as I was buying my first car. He was super cool to answer all my queries. I enjoyed the negotiation with him, which I didn't find with other dealers. If you really want a good price with respect, I can bet this guy will not fail you. They are super fast to process the proceedings too (delivered me within 2 business days). Finally, I'm a happy owner of a brand new Toyota RAV4 2020. I will recommend Toyota on the Park and Mr. Peter D'Costa to any person without a 2nd thought.
This maybe a slightly long post but its imperative that i put it out for others to read and take into account before taking a decision in the future.
My inlaws leased a Toyota Corolla LE 2015 from the Toyota On The Park dealer and things went fine up until they had an accident on the highway and immediately proceeded to get in touch wid the Road Side Assistance company to carry the necessary procedures. They never realized that its going to be a vicious spiral of pointless hope and headache.
Departments did not seem to have a cohesive system of communication amongst themselves and they conveniently ignored to communicate with my inlaws, esp when it was a wrongdoing done on their part. The worst part is the highly offensive and rude attitude of management in dealing with customers in such situations. Yelling at them, banging his office door shut and passing derogatory remarks based on one's religion and things like "you wont get a penny from here" is beyond comprehension. I hate to take names but their so-called sales and management team comprising of Mr Chris, Ms Elaina and Mr Jure dealt with my in laws case in the most unprofessional manner.
They learnt their lesson the hard way and vowed not to do any sort of business with this dealership in the future. They chose to get their next cars from Nissan and Mazda and are extremely satisfied, esp with their customer service and always-ready-to-help attitude of both dealerships.
I strongly hope and wish that a) Toyota On The Park undergoes some serious changes in their management and customer service approach and b) no one goes through this ordeal with them again!

Mahad is very hard working and pays great attention to details. He explains information very clearly with no hidden tricks. He certainly ranks on the higher end in terms of integrity. He gives very reasonable prices and is upfront about information. He works with everyone in our family to sort out what we need and tries his best to help us. He also perceives our emotions very well and does his best to comfort us. He went above and beyond and helped us even to deal with our the insurance. Overall, we find Mahad a reliable sales to work with.

When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas.

Having just recently purchased a Camry Hybrid from Ted at Toyota On The Park I couldn't be happier. As I live quite some distance from Toronto (two hours) it took some time on the phone to make the deal happen. Ted was most helpfull and understanding and when I was finally able to get to the dealership the great service continued. I went to this place on appointment but they were superbusy amd hardly had time for me to talk for. They first wanted me to go through with financial evaluation and then they can decide what they can offer me. It was very quick chat, for, according to them, they have other big clients to deal with and very big sales going on at the moment. So watch your clock if ever want to go there!

I want to publicly acknowledge the incredible service provided by Anastasia in the service department at Toyota on the Park. My car needed a jump start to get it to the garage. It had died in my parking garage, which is next door to Toyota on the Park. Anastasia assured me someone could jump start my car and the next thing I knew she was carrying the battery booster herself and walked it over to my car, jump started it and then refused a drive back. Back at the service centre she got me set up, gave me a bottle of water and showed me to the waiting are. She text/phoned me to keep me updated throughout.

I used to recommend friends to Toyota on the Park until experiences I had when I visited last 3 times: 1st time my concern didn't check till I remind them and car wasn't washed even they insisted they did (mud still on my car); 2nd time my car was damaged after done maintenance and they promised to contact me regarding investigation but didn't happen; 3rd time the bonnet wasn't shut properly after they were done oil change. Feel very disappoint about something basic wasn't done properly. Not sure how big maintenance will be done by them?
Bought Venza (Demo) in this dealership in the end of December, 2014. The overall transaction was a breeze and took only a couple of hours to complete all the paperwork and set up financing. Really enjoyed dealing with Jure and Alice - they are very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. I would definitely recommend this place for your next Toyota.

Clean cafeteria, would have given 4 stars if the people behind the counter had shown a modicum of friendliness. They are obviously bored and will do the basics but would rather be somewhere else.
The sales staff, if you are interested in buying a car, will go out of their way. That is a different department for sure.

Very bad experience in delivery times, and lies to me in the face.
The story is : I placed an order for RAV4 HYBRID LIMITED in Blueprint on 11/07, paid in cash, no leasing or financing.
I know it takes time, so I waited.
First: my sales rep left, and no one followed up with me to update me on the status of the order or on the expected delivery date (and it's fine).
I went with a friend to another dealer to pickup his car, and on the lot I and saw the exact car I wanted (RAV4 HYBRID LIMITED in Blueprint), the dealer got it on that date, after 3 weeks of placing the order.
But when I called asking (I had to call 6 times in 2 days, and left a voice mail and the sales manager didn't care to call back), finally he answered so I asked if there are any updates on my order, and he said : Toyota didn't deliver any RAV4 Hybrid Limited in BluePrint with ivory interior in the last 2 months, and they won't till next month.
This was a lie, because I saw the exact car 2 days ago. So it's either that they don't want to bother themselves checking, or they don't know how to place and track orders.
When I went today to cancel the order, no one cares, or bothera to ask.
I don't recommend this place at all, they are willing to take your money and put you on hold.

My sienna is regularly maintained here. I like it here. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is very convenient to surf the internet and drink tea and coffee. The downside is that the call is never answered!
I bought my 2015 Sienna from Toyota On The Park brand new. I have been in for my scheduled service as well as a few other issues that have come up.
I was just in there a couple of days ago for an AC noise as well as a check of my TPMS. I dealt with Sean Cheng as well as Hon Ho and dealing with them reminds me of why I will continue to service my vehicle there. They are great service reps and really do care about keeping the customers happy.

Had I known you changed the entertainment system to accommodate iPhones and is different from the 2008 model of my CHR, I never would have bought this car. Biggest mistake ever. Most annoying system and I would never recommend this car to anyone. Carter Company should never ever ever make a system designed around a certain type of phone. Big mistake Toyota!

We have dealt with Torota On The Park since it was called Yonge Lawrence Toyota. They have always been professional, courteous, honest and have not upsold us (unlike some other dealerships). We will continue to purchase vehicles from them as they were straightforward to deal with and did not try the usual sales tactics during the sales cycle.

Shelly promised she was gonna get back to me by latest Thursday evening (june 21) and we can seal the deal.
I got no call from her
So after 22nd june i called the dealership receptionist everyday till june 27 asking for shelly
She said she is gonna get back to me and i got no answer.
I m typing this today because i still haven t gotten a call from her even after leaving her numerous voicemails.
I understand you guys are busy
But this very un professional.
Also unlike you guys I didn t take a $1000 deposit from the person s credit card to seal the deal.
What if i lose the person who is willing to take over my car just because you guys take long.
Also I m buying a new car and this is how you deal with previous customers and new customers?
And i have nothing against the person we didn t have a big interaction.
It s just about the ignorance of ignoring my business at TOTP.

Getting a Toyota was a no-brainer, but it took my wife and I a while to find the exact one that we were searching for and when it turned up at 'Toyota on the Park' we were skeptical. We live in Brampton and preferred to deal with a dealership close by, but we didn't want to wait another 3 months to find this car so we took the chance. There we met Pat and Paul and they was amazing; pleasant, professional and not pushy or fake like many others we met elsewhere. They made the process seamless and delivered a vehicle that met our expectations. Even beyond these two, everyone we encountered at this location, even the guys in the garage were pleasant and very funny. We will definitely be back for our next car.

I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday; they sent me a text on Tuesday confirming the appointment; so I made all the arrangements to work from home, and reschedule meetings to the following week....., now they call me 16 hours before the appointment saying that they don't have the parts...., why would you confirm an appointment if you don't have the parts?; I tried to provide constructive feedback to the rep who called me..., but she wasn't receptive...., poor customer service, not what I expect from Toyota

Everyone I met was friendly, courteous and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I was taken care of. Mahad, Mike, Shelley, Ricardo and Diana made this a totally painless experience. Andrew C. was the absolute best sales person. I am very happy with the service and professionalism that was conducted when making the deal on my Rav 4. The deal was fast, simple and I was never once left in the dark at any point in the process.
If you ever want to buy a car from this dealership, beware of this financial manger Rui De Ramos. My friend bought a Toyota corolla last month, this guy was threatening him to get the extended warranty for $2000 and insisted that the loan would get approved until he gets it. Because we have already knew about the up selling techniques, we rejected his offer. This was an unprofessional sales technique and we have already complained about this to the head office. For a general information, extended warranty doesn t give any benefit while you apply for a loan .His loan was approved and this manager was not too happy with it.I personally would not recommend anyone to this dealership.

Do not buy from Peter D'Costa. He's extremely unhelpful and he wouldn't answer a simple question about buying a new car.
I shopped on line for the used Honda I wanted and bought at Toyota On The Park. John was quick to respond to my inquiry and helpful when I got to the dealership. Peter and Sal were also key team members that made my purchase smooth. Everything was taken card of while I rekaxed in the showroom. They had me on the road in my "new to me" car in 2 or 3 hours. Nice service worth visiting and buying here. Well done!

Amazing customer experience
We bought a car in 2018 in Toyota on the park, at the end of 2019 we trade it in for a Rav4 to have more space, the dealership is very nice with friendly people and the brand is reliable, is our 4th Toyota, but I have to say that Carlos Garcia went above and beyond - considering that I have very high expectations on both the dealership and the brand -. He is an amazing salesperson who is focused 100% on the customer and their needs, he spent a decent amount of time answering all our questions and showing us different options to make sure we had a smooth transaction, is great to leave the dealership with a new car having the feeling that you ve had a great deal, of course I have returned to buy accessories :)
