I had a horrible service experience today. I had to bring my car back in as a wire that connects my speaker amplifier to my fuse box underneath my steering wheel went missing. I did not touch nor did I tuck this wire in anywhere. The service person was already in a bad mood after my service was booked in-correctly by her co-worker. I had to re-state my issue and was blamed for bringing in my car 15 days after the service (in between the holidays and vacation), and was told that it was not Toyota s fault in a loud and disrespectful tone. I did not argue and simply stated the scenario. I was blamed again after the technician found the wire underneath a panel. Not what I expected from a company that prides themselves on an excellent service experience. They have lost me as a customer.
