First time that we have ever been to this dealership. We had missed or service on our brand new Highlander due to the fact that we were concerned about where to service the car. We did not like the service we received at the purchasing dealer and frankly afraid they would damage our vehicle. The service we received tonight was truly outstanding! We came in fully thinking we would have to drop the car over night. With two young kids, we had to "arrange" school drop off, Karate, basketball swimming. With one car it would be tough, but manageable. The Toyota on the park service crew realized our predicament, told us they would have the car done in and hour and even picked me up at my house when the car was done. We were able to get home and feed our kids thanks to the service you guys extended. If you live in this area, forget any other Toyota store, this one get two thumbs up. Thank you and hopefully you have a client for life!
