Paul was called me during the day and left a message. Afterwards, I called several time to book for termination of my lease n buyback. However, it was hard to reach to financial team(Sal & Shelly) When I finally reached him n mentioning for booking date n time. I tried to say more what kind of papers do i bring in but phone is hung off on me. He told me about the financial team s working hours were at weekday mon to thur till 5pm only. To make it worse, they offered no after hours and no Saturday. This is a major inconvenience for Customers. How are we supposed to finance our cars during Saturday, if it s the only time available in the month and the financial department is closed?
