I had a great buying experience at Toyota On The Park, thanks to Mahad.
After many not so good experiences with few car dealerships, including Scarborough Toyota, I had decided to give Toyota On The Park a try, and I am glad I did.
As soon as I walked in, the sales manager Jure greeted me at the door and I felt so welcome! Never at any other new car dealership had I seen a manager being so available for us customers. So meeting Jure, on the floor, made me feel at ease.
Mahad was very nice to me and my kids and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay with the car. I got new Michelin tires and he even offered us a ride to pick up our new car. I and my kids are very grateful for Mahad kindness and professionalism.
He did not use any sales tactic on us and he respected my choice to pay cash for the cash. Also, he did not try to charge us any additional fees. He also followed up few days after we bought the car to make sure everything was okay.
I highly recommend Toyotaonthepark and Mahad to anyone looking to buy a car.
