I went their on 3rd of Jan 2019. The guy service advisor even he didn't know which one is fob light and head light. and how to remove i remove it by my self and show it to him.. i don't know how they hire ppls without knowing anything.Toyota is nice company but they have to exam their workers when they are hire them for service.
Sir/Madam please don't cover your worker fault .. i know who is drive thru attendant and who is Advisor. another person he told me he is service advisor..
