I spoke to a salesman named "Derrick" he did not shake my hand or introduce himself when he spoke to me. I asked to Road Test a Toyota Corolla CE to no surprise he showed me to a Toyota Corolla S in the showroom disregarding what I have asked to look at. He asked me if I liked the touch screen... I was dumbfounded as i respond "The Toyota Ce does not have a touch screen." This whole time he was hesitant to let me road test the car that I have been asking for. He asked me for my age for no apparent reason and this is when I felt discriminated because of my age. He asked for my budget and I responded with "$16,000-$17,000 cash. He responded with "Are you looking for the right car?"... Furthermore, he used terms such as "haggling" which is the wrong diction because I did not argue with his quote of $21,000 I simply stated my budget. I left the dealership before the road test because of "Derrick's" lack of professionalism. I asked for his name and shook his hand before I left so I can write a "good" review about him.
