I've been servicing the car here for 4 years without much hassle. Last visit went so badly that I will be going somewhere else:
-Service adviser pushing unnecessary/optional services as 'part of the standard maintenance plan' when they appear nowhere on the maintenance plan (throttle body cleaning & efi flush).
-Warranty repair couldn't be accommodated during visit, requiring yet another visit.
-Shuttle didn't arrive for scheduled pickup (I was 12 minutes early).
-Gave up on shuttle and took a cab only to have service adviser make snarky comments about being late "OK girls, now we can all go home".
Nice facility... service sucks.
