I have been coming to Toyota on the Park for service for over 2 years since I purchased my Sequoia. The service has alway been great but today today I had the pleasure of dealing with Neelam Hashim. Neelam went above and beyond to assist me with my car. She was not only very pleasant and professional, but she was made every effort to make my experience a positive one. Car repairs are never enjoyable, but having the pleasure of dealing with such a positive and conscientious employee makes the experience a favorable one. Thank you for your help today!
