If you are interested in buying either a used vehicle or new vehicle that is appealing to popularity then this dealership would be ideal. However, If you really want to customize your new vehicle as per your needs, then these guys should be avoided at all cost. I purchased a 2015 RAV 4 In June and wanted a FWD as opposed the recommended AWD. I chose the high end FWD "the Navigation package XLE". I was advised by the saleswoman (Selvana) that all important features would be available on this option. However I was surprised at the options I received. I am not sure whether she didn't know the details well enough or not. I was charged $600 for a remote starter but received a one-way starter worth $99.99. Other than the driver s window, the other 3 weren t automatic. The navigation system malfunctions half the time. The push buttons (for lock/unlock, windows, etc..) are not illuminated so it is difficult to see it in the dark. I am yet to compare my vehicle with similar models of others, and am sure more broken promises would come up if I do so. . I am also very disappointed at the Financial Manager Ali Nikpour for the inconveniences he caused due to his lack of common sense. This should have been labeled as a SEMI-LUXURY PACKAGE instead. My 10 year old basic Jetta model has better luxurious features than this vehicle. Overall, neither the saleswoman nor the financial manager had provided proper information about this model, nor were able to deliver what is promised. I would never buy from these morons again
