All 5 star reviews are from those who actually bought cars. Sales people are nice as long as you are a potential buyer. Once you mention that you are no longer interested in a Toyota, they will turn the ugly face on you. The sales manager Peter was very unprofessional when I told him I'd go for Honda. He behaved like a small mickey mouse used car dealership sales person. It was totally unexpected from a Toyota dealership.
