I am interested in purshasing a new car within a year, so I decided to come check out my options. Eric Williams was so helpful and professional while giving me great information on the product. He put me at ease and I did not feel pressured while shopping. He was very friendly and energetic, and did not seem put off that I was not buying right away. I would like to to say that if all employees are like Eric, then Toyota of Richarson is doing a fabulous job!
