Worst Customer Service experience ever. Kudos to Mr. Rodrigo for this. I went there to check my corolla for some wind noise that I was hearing in the font seats. It's been more than 4 weeks now and I've not received any updates. Tried calling multiple times, left messages but the mechanic just wouldn't call back. All I'm asking for is an update, I understand that this is a new issue and might take time to solve, but blatantly ignoring a customer is not the way to solve any issue. Do you guys think, the customer's problem will magically vanish if you don't respond?
