I moved to the area over seven years ago when my Tacoma was only about a year old. It was my first new car I ever bought. Anyways bought used. I needed a place to continue my complimentary two-year service plan (don't know if they still offer that on new vehicles). I thought that Toyota of Richardson was the closest to my home, so I chose to go there and I'm glad I did! Lee Schuster is a great service manager and had anyways been straight forward with me. The shuttle service, the complimentary rental cars, friendly people, and knowing that my maintenance is done right had kept me coming back to Toyota of Richardson even though there are other, more convenient Toyota locations for me.
