Took car in for airbag (recall) replacement in ear...

Took car in for airbag (recall) replacement in early April. Was told the part needed to be ordered and they would call me. Never heard back. Emailed the service advisor two times with no reply. Just want the car made safe for my mother-in-law to drive.
