Not sure how to remove this review... it's intended for a different plumbing company. TLC is who I was going to call next... :)

So - disregard this review. Apologies for the mix-up.

I hopped online and was greeted with a chat window where a sales specialist was asking how he could help me. I asked for a quote for some work. He then asked 10+ questions including collecting my contact details, only to finally tell me that someone would be calling me to discuss pricing... I didn't get a call back after 24 hours, so I called the office directly - only to then be told that there would be a $79 fee just to provide a quote (as the output of the $79 evaluation). Why could then not have just told me over chat that a quote requires an evaluation, which itself costs $79?
