TLC rants and raves about their customer service skills but when put to the test, it doesn't stand.
I tried to schedule service for an emergency heater repair. They don't explain their process well and they refuse to provide any sort of time frame. Meaning, if I put my name on the list, they refuse to even say if it will be today, tomorrow or next week. Most other companies will give you some sort of general (non-confirmed, of course) time. The employee I spoke with was not friendly, either.
Being that TLC is the most expensive company in town, I can't imagine how they justify their pricing given this level of service.
