My wife and I first used the Thrive team back in 2013 to purchase our first home. When it was time to buy and sell in 2020, we never thought twice about who to use. The Thrive team stayed in touch over the last seven years and was always accommodating to questions we had when we considered selling a few different times in that time period.

With the buy and sell this time, the Thrive team expertly helped us figure out the best timing and coordinated staging/cleaning/pictures and everything in between. I cant recommend the Thrive team enough and would highly encourage anyone thinking about making a move to call them!

Dave stuck with us for 3 years while we searched for our home. He was extremely professional and helped guide us through every step. He always made himself available to show us houses when we wanted to see them, and he is just an all around great guy. You MUST use him if you are in Denver as he is the best of the best. March 2019: Kevin Nydam is amazing he is a very knowledgeable and hands-on Advisor. I was looking for a condo in downtown Denver, and Kevin immediately responded to a request to view two different properties back-to-back that same afternoon. I made an offer on one of those properties that day and Kevin was in constant contact with the Seller s agent and me until we got the deal done! Kevin continues to check in and follow up regarding this property and regarding a property I am attempting to sell. I appreciate Kevin s honesty, and I trust and rely upon his knowledge and expertise, whether it be regarding the inspection of, staging, pricing or marketing a property. Kevin is very responsive by all means of communication, and he makes me feel as if I am his #1 client! Tim and the Thrive team helped us sell our Townhome at the start of the slow season in record time. We had an offer in 10 days and a very quick close. Tim is always available, helpful, great at negotiations, and a delight to work with. His support staff at Thrive were very helpful as well. Thrive is a great company to work with! My husband and I were new home buyers in a new city and found Thrive online through Zillow. We were moving to the Denver area and wanted to find a place to buy within a tight time frame and during the height of the real estate market. We loved how available and responsive our realtor was at all times. He was extremely quick to reply, look into our questions, and get back to us with answers. He worked late hours and went above and beyond to make our experience the best. Since we were new to Denver and not living in the area yet, Thrive was extremely helpful in providing us detailed information about the city and the market. Our realtor at Thrive even did walkthroughs for us and took lengthy, detailed videos in order for us to see properties more quickly since we weren't local. We definitely would work with the Thrive team again!

We sold our first family home in Lakewood, Colorado through Live Urban Real Estate in 2018. It was one of the worst experiences our family has had. Really the only recourse I have is to write this review at this point. We left on a week's vacation while they put our home on the market and hosted an open house. We had never sold a home before and had no idea what we were supposed to do. They said they would prepare it for showing. We didn't really know if they were going to have an open house but they called us and told us they were while we were gone. They left all of our valuables out. We assumed someone would be there watching the house the entire time. They said it would be best for us to be gone while they were showing the house. The realtor we were working with, Tim Aberle didn't even attend the open house himself. Someone we never even met was there. To this day, we still have never met whoever was supposedly there watching our house. Whoever that person was let a heroin addict and thief in who proceeded to tour our house without anyone with him. He stole around $25,000 to $30,000 dollars worth of jewelry from both my wife and I. He took basically every family heirloom my wife had ever been given as well as all of the jewelry I had. My wife is originally from Brazil and had a large collection of 18 carat gold jewelry. He took almost all of it. He stuffed his pockets and no one from Thrive Real Estate Group was there to even watch him do it. From there he proceeded to my son's room who was 6 years old at the time and stole all of the money he had saved. When we came home a week later, all of the lights in the house were on. I also had an unattached design studio in the back yard. All of the lights were on in my studio also. We discovered the theft right after we returned home. Thrive Real Estate did absolutely nothing. I mean nothing to help us. Tim Aberle offered us 1,000 dollars as some kind of ridiculous way to make us feel better. We were so offended we gave him his check for the money back and told him to leave our house and not speak to us again unless it was over the phone. We also met with one of the owners of Thrive Real Estate. That meeting was one of the most degrading things we've been through as a couple. My wife was devastated by this and still is. This guy sat in our home and looked down on us like we were nothing. He positively did not care. He was one of the most smug and arrogant human beings I've yet to meet and I've traveled the world and work with celebrities. Nobody I've met had anything on this guy. To this day, we have never had any recourse. They never offered to give us any money back on the sale to help compensate for the loss. We asked if Tim Aberle would waive all or some of his fees on the sale for screwing up so monumentally bad and he actually told us that 'his kids need to go to college too'. The entire experience was surreal. Thrive Real Estate Group doesn't care about people. They care about money. If you work with them, watch them like a hawk every step of the way. If you do get screwed over like we did, do not expect one iota of help.

Jill and the Thrive team were absolutely fantastic. My wife and I were first time home buyers, overwhelmed and completely in the dark about how to go about buying our first home. Jill and the Thrive team made a very stressful process much easier to manage, and have helped us navigate through safely every step of the way. Jill offered great advice, taught us about the process along the way, and happily answered all our novice home-buying questions. She was very respectful of difficult decisions we made along the way and was completely supportive of our ultimate decisions, while giving invaluable advice and recommendations along the way. Jill's negotiation skills were outstanding, and she gave us the best shot with the tools at our disposal in a difficult housing market, and the Thrive team (especially Rebecca!) helped behind the scenes to make the large amounts of documents and deadlines easier to manage. We ended up with a fantastic house that was more than we even hoped for when we began the process. I would 1000% recommend Jill and the Thrive team!

Kevin worked with my wife and me for nearly a year to find a home as we were not in a rush and looking for the right place. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the market and the process and always had good instincts on how and when to bid. We never felt pressured to speed up our process or bid on a house we were not comfortable with. Ultimately, we purchased a home that was the best option for the right price that we saw throughout our search and Kevin and the Thrive team played a key part in our whole process through to the very end.

We feel so lucky to have worked with Jill Horch on our first home purchase. She listened to our hopes and dreams and helped us to make mindful choices. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and directed us to house and neighborhood we hadn't even thought was possible. She worked expertly to negotiate a wonderful deal for us. In addition she has a great team of people in her circle that made the whole process smooth and painless. She really teaches you about the process along the way. We knew what was coming next.

As first-time home buyers, my spouse and I did our exhaustive research of finding a reliable real estate agency. We came across Thrive Real Estate Group and upon reading the positive reviews, we decided to reach out to them in hopes to find our first home. Upon emailing them, we were instantly contacted by one of their advisors, Nathan Dick, and from our first conversation with Nathan we were confident we found the right agent for our search. Nathan went above and beyond our expectations. As my spouse and I travel constantly we were concerned that we would run into issues in finding a home since we were not in Colorado but Nathan s outstanding planning and execution, we were able to participate in two tours which consisted viewing of 10 plus properties. One thing we really appreciated about Nathan is the little things he does, like picking us at the airport and printing us packets to review each property to have a better understanding of the property we were looking at. Although we had some setbacks in the loan approval process, Nathan tiredly worked to understand our situation and find solutions. Fortunately, Nathan linked us with a loan officer who specialized in VA loans and between Nathan and his Thrive team, the loan officer, and title company we were able to finally close! If you are searching for a real estate advisor, we highly recommend Nathan Dick. He will keep working for you 24/7 and ensure you have a stress-free search of finding the home that meets your needs and current situation.

Our accidental discovery of Thrive Real Estate Agent Tim Aberle changed everything well, at least a lot.
In early 2018 my now-husband and I were anxious to find a Denver home that was more suitable for the two of us and an eventual larger family. We signed up to see a house via Zillow and were fortuitously linked up with Tim. I was hesitant to work with any particular agent given previously underwhelming experiences, but Tim proved to be different. He:
Was incredibly proactive (devising solutions to inspection issues, scheduling appointments without reminders)
Immediately established a customized listing queue based on our specific interests/requirements (in our case, we were heavily focused on homes in good elementary school districts)
Had no interest in selling us on homes or features that were less-than-great (in a few of the homes we visited he even gave us advice on why a particular home may not suit our needs despite us not realizing it yet)
Has extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and house types throughout the entire Denver area, which saved a lot of time and helped us narrow our search in a way that technology can t (by looking at the front of a house he could accurately guess the build year, floorplan, and likely finishes, and with renovated houses he could differentiate quality from shoddy workmanship very quickly)
Devised a winning bid strategy for us when we competed to buy our eventual house; the seller s Agent even complimented him at closing and suggested that Tim s professional representation was essential in getting the house
Has very helpful knowledge of what goes into home repairs and redesigns (in terms of price, time, and best practices) which we used on many occasions to quickly calculate how much specific changes would likely add to our price tag
Has a very organized administrative support staff that proactively kept us on track with the documentation requirements and deadlines for closing
Aside from his professional acumen, Tim is the kind of guy you d like to have a beer with.

Kelly was phenomenal to work with! Right from the first meeting she presented herself as very enthusiastic and motivated to find my wife and I the best possible house for us. I can honestly say that our experience with Keegan was exceptional. I don't think we could have found an agent with the patience, determination, and positive outlook that he displayed throughout the process of finding the right home given the challenges of the current market. I was particularly impressed with the fact that Keegan always took the time to answer any questions we had and admitted when he didn't know the answer but always followed up with the research to get the answer in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Tim Aberle and Thrive Real Estate. Tim really went the extra mile for me in every way. He knows the process and knows how to negotiate a good deal (even in a very competitive market). He worked around my busy schedule and was available whenever I needed him. He's an authentic guy that really worked to help me find what was best for me. He wasn't just looking for a quick deal to get a commission. The process went so smoothly. I haven't worked with other agents in the city, but based on the experiences of my friends, I'd say Tim helped my process go more smoothly than many of theirs.

My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Tim! From the first time meeting with him, it was clear that he had nothing but our best interests in mind. Both him and his team at Thrive were always a phone call away if we had any questions and they made the entire buying process seamless. Tim gave us his honest and professional opinion of homes when we looked at them, but never tried to pressure us one way or another.

Homes were going under contract within a day of being listed so we had to be pretty aggressive with viewings and offers, but Tim was always willing to show us properties at the drop of a hat and his expert negotiation tactics definitely came into play when we were interested. When multiple offers would drive prices up on homes, Tim would let us know at what point he thought we'd be overpaying, and let us make the decision from there. His expansive knowledge of the Denver area and connections with other real estate professionals were a true asset to us, especially since we are fairly new to the area.
