I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have really gone above and beyond for me and my fiance. We purchased our home remotely and The Thrive Team was able to find the perfect little home for us and recorded the walk-through and uploaded it to youtube for us. We never saw it until we officially moved in and we absolutely loved it. The Thrive Team had some tricks up their sleeves to make sure that we got the house in this competitive market and they all worked. They even brought our mail inside for us when our cable box was delivered to the wrong address. I would have to say that one thing that was so refreshing was The Thrive Team's upbeat personality and availability. They were always available to us and always optimistic. We are really happy with Thrive and will continue to use them!

Matt is amazing! My husband and I were completely new to the home buying process, and only had a general idea of what we were looking for. Matt Clark is the most truthful realtor we've used and we have used many. He is calming, reassuring and patient. He doesn't push you to buy or sell, and I think genuinely wants you to be happy. These are his best attributes. The Thrive support staff were also helpful.

Making the decision to buy around Denver is daunting. There are many desirable neighborhoods that all have their different pluses and minuses. Tim knows about them all, and was great at helping us get a first hand experience of each of them. Tim was always available to respond to questions or talk tactics when writing an offer (even responding to my 5:30am emails). Our search took a long time, over 6 months, 65+ houses visited, and 5 or 6 offers written. Through all this Tim was energetic, accommodating, and understanding. Tim is incredibly knowledgeable and connected to all kinds of home repair, maintenance and remodel people. This is also a huge perk when trying to understand the cost of making changes. I'd recommend Tim to anyone searching for a house. I actively promote him to others I know searching for homes.

Well I'm a little biased- but I think Thrive Real Estate Group is a breath of fresh air in the stale market of "realtors". They understand that it's not about a commission- it's about providing a service for clients that keeps them feeling known, seen and valued from the first meeting and lasting beyond the closing. This review was long coming. My wife and I were first time home buyers trying to somehow find a home within our budget in this competitive Denver real estate market. We were done paying rent and wanted something small that would fit our family but at the same time didn't want to compromise on the things we wanted so the listings were limited. Zach along with Courtney assisted with the hunt and were very accommodating. I still remember, at that time, houses at our price point were being listed and sold pretty much on the same day, so we had to be quick. The condo that we ended up purchasing was listed at a time when we were visiting another property. Zach was nice enough to quickly schedule a tour of the condo despite the fact that he had to be present somewhere that evening. We liked the condo, put in an offer and got a call from Zach the very next day about our offer acceptance. There were three other offers made and we won! we weren't even expecting this to happen but it did and it all happened in 10 days from the time we met Zach. Thats pretty quick. As first time home buyers there was a lot of learning to do and we felt comfortable with Zach being just a call away. He was friendly, easy to get hold off, and didn't just push on homes that we were not interested in. I know its late but THANK YOU Zach and Courtney and everyone at Thrive who helped find our home.

When moving to an area new to us, where we don't know our way around and don't know real estate contracts and practices, Tim was a huge help. The houses he showed us were the types we had requested to see, and the 4th one we bought. He kept in constant contact throughout the process. You won't meet a more friendly, helpful realtor.

My husband and I started this process with little to no knowledge at all about the home buying process. We feel like it was totally a god thing that Dan was brought into our lives because literally we got on Zillow and hit find a realtor and Dan was the first to call. Our journey to buying a home was really rocky with the first house we were under contract on failing the inspection and then our home we eventually bought having a lot of unexpected and unprecedented issues popping up left and right. We experienced problems and had to have meetings that were completely unprecedented for Dan and my husband and I. Daniel handled these issue and meetings with so much professionalism and grace. The deal Dan negotiated for us was literally INSANE. Free washer and dryer, free refrigerator, and thousands in builder credits. We had an issue with our lender - Dan called and fired that lender for us and had another lender on standby for us..... 2 weeks before close. This guy is the REAL DEAL!!! Thrive is the REAL DEAL!!! Denver real estate is a dog eat dog market and you need someone that is not afraid to fight for you. Dan did that and way, way, way more. I will never use another brokerage besides Thrive in the future. I would use Dan to both list my home, and help me find my next home in a heartbeat. Nathan and the Thrive team were great to work with. Very friendly and offered good advice. We were buying from out of state, and he made a lot of time for us when we came out to look at houses then he kept in contact frequently throughout the process while we were back in Illinois. He was available for each step as we wanted - home inspection, builder walkthrough, close, and everything in between.

Tim came recommended to us from a friend, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Tim is super friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, and was ready at a moment's notice to view properties, make offers, you name it. For the first time in selling a property, I felt like I was in the 21st Century. From the use of "Coming Soon" on Zillow to the blitz of listings on the internet, to the use of software which allowed me to see showings scheduled and feedback, I was very connected with the entire process. Dave seemed to be very aggressive in marketing the property and the result was a sale in three days at more than listing price. From touring homes, through putting in a lucrative offer, all the way to the closing, his advice was always spot on, never over-stepping, and always very insightful. He guided us through every step of the process and was extremely proactive. Keegan was always on top of things with all stakeholders, most especially in his communication with the bank throughout the entire loan process. Matt was very knowledgeable about the real estate business. He does things to promote the sale other realtors did not even suggest, scopes the sewer line, does general cleanup and spruces up the property before it went on line. He was extremely easy to get in contact with and maintained continual contact with property showings and contract offers. He was always quick to respond to our questions. When the original lender changed their mind about funding to the buyer, he jumped in feet first and got the buyers quickly approved through a lender he uses all the time. In addition, Matt's office support team provide excellent and timely help in doing everything necessary to support the sale and closing.
