Before selecting a real estate agent, I searched the internet for a website that was simple to navigate and shared the relevant information I wanted to know about the individuals working at the office and ways to learn more about neighborhoods and properties available. I knew I wanted a local group not a national chain. When I called Tim answered. Tim and I had a wonderful conversation. His phone skills were sincere and personable. He listened and advised, making me feel very comfortable in moving forward to scheduling a personal visit with him and my husband. We were moving from California and upon our next trip we arranged to meet. Tim was ready to share with enthusiasm, driving us around and sharing details about each area that we wanted to know. Restaurants, stores, parks- he was so well informed- A real Local. We explained that we would be back once the relocation was in effect and that we would definitely be sure to work with him. Once this occurred Tim and his team were very helpful with our home search. They drove us to several different properties, were always on-time and ready to answer any questions or provide insight at the properties. Even when he took a hard-earned vacation, Tim's team members Kyle and Dave stepped in and helped us search for a house. Houses were selling quickly and timing was of the essence. In one week my husband and I knew exactly where we wanted to live because we had seen enough properties. So, when Tim returned he helped to find a home that works well for us. We put in an offer and things fell into place. He assisted nicely with negotiating and then with the inspection and walk through as well. We are very happy with the service that Tim and Thrive provided. I should include that the follow up work that Kelly provided during the closing process helped us complete the home purchase on time.
