As first-time home buyers, my spouse and I did our exhaustive research of finding a reliable real estate agency. We came across Thrive Real Estate Group and upon reading the positive reviews, we decided to reach out to them in hopes to find our first home. As my spouse and I travel constantly we were concerned that we would run into issues in finding a home since we were not in Colorado but Nathan s outstanding planning and execution, we were able to participate in two tours which consisted viewing of 10 plus properties. One thing we really appreciated about Nathan is the little things he does, like picking us at the airport and printing us packets to review each property to have a better understanding of the property we were looking at. Nathan never pressured us into one property and he really took into account of our specifications. He thoroughly answered all the questions we had and if he did not have the answer, he did the research until he found the answer. We put our trust in Nathan as the property we chose to purchase was the one we did not even see in person. Nathan gave us an outstanding facetime tour and we instantly knew we found our home . Upon choosing the house, we entered in slight bidding war but with Nathan s outstanding recommendations we were able to win the bid! Finding a home was one part of the process, the other part was getting approved for a mortgage. Although we had some setbacks in the loan approval process, Nathan tiredly worked to understand our situation and find solutions. Fortunately, Nathan linked us with a loan officer who specialized in VA loans and between Nathan and his Thrive team, the loan officer, and title company we were able to finally close!
