Kevin Nydam and Thrive real estate were simply amazing. I have now worked with several different realtors throughout my life, and Kevin is without question the best. He is extremely responsive, very supportive, and knowledgeable about not only the local area, but also about real estate in general. He was supportive in my decisions, but also had the knowledge and ability to guide me to make choices I was comfortable with. There were several part of the buying process that became complicated, simply due to inspection pieces and other similar topics, and having Kevin's support made a stressful situation extremely bearable and streamlined. He helped support me through the whole process. I could not recommend Kevin or Thrive more and will gladly refer all my friends and family their way.
