Elizabeth was great in answering any questions I had, which were many as a first time home buyer! Our offer was accepted even after 3 others were in place! She made the process less painful than what I imagined, and we closed in 4 weeks! The Thrive team is great! I originally started working with Kevin Shelledy in 2016 before I even moved to Denver and he was very patient with my questions and indecisiveness. He or a team member would always follow up with me, but I felt I wasn't as ready as I thought to buy a home just yet. When I finally moved December 2017, I decided to rent first, but found myself unsatisfied. Then Elizabeth came along and sent me a check up email, and I was so impressed with how Thrive still hadn't given up on me (ha!) that I started to get more serious about buying a home and felt Elizabeth and Thrive were the right people to do it with.
