May 2019: Once again, Kevin Nydam and the Thrive Real Estate Group have come through for me! Kevin is incredible, and working with him is always a pleasure. Both he and Rebecca Loesch made the process of selling my condo virtually pain-free. Kevin was in constant communication with me until the deal closed, offering guidance, insight and, most importantly, moral support. March 2019: Kevin Nydam is amazing he is a very knowledgeable and hands-on Advisor. I was looking for a condo in downtown Denver, and Kevin immediately responded to a request to view two different properties back-to-back that same afternoon. I made an offer on one of those properties that day and Kevin was in constant contact with the Seller s agent and me until we got the deal done!
