My husband and I worked with the Thrive team to purchase our home and we cannot say enough about how incredible our experience has been. Tim Aberle, Courtney Smith, and the whole team made the process easy and stress free. Tim was invested in our search and really took the time to understand what we were looking for--not only in a house but also what we wanted in a neighborhood. With such a competitive market, we were worried that we wouldn't find what we needed in the timeframe we had. Tim worked with us to find the perfect spot for our little family and we had a blast doing it.

So many people warned us about how awful shopping and closing on a home could be (especially during a pandemic) BUT we have to say that we cannot relate to that at all as David made this process absolutely seamless. Tim Aberle was recommended to us by Thrive because we asked for someone who was knowledgeable in various Denver neighborhoods, understood the fixer-up process and a strong negotiator. I told them I had no interest in making a friend so don't send us someone "fluffy" to interview. Little did we know we'd be asking ourselves at the end of this process, "Do you think Tim will want to be our friend or will we never see him again?".

Tim Aberle was everything we could want in an agent: knowledgeable, responsive, available (thanks Mrs. Aberle!!), detailed and just a great person you want to be around. We had monthly calls 6-months prior to moving to Denver, went to showings same day to make sure we were on top of the competitive market environment, and Tim negotiated down our eventual purchase about $40k under list price (unheard of in this market).
After the fact, he put us in contact with various contractors and subcontractors that he works with and trusts on his own investment projects to help us with our hefty home renovation.

As an added plus, Thrive's custom home search site is easy to navigate and updates frequently. Tim also utilized their analytics tools in order to pull us fast neighborhood comp and market value estimates within hours of walking us through a tour so we always felt comfortable with our offer price.

David provides nuanced and detailed responses to our questions. He also offered insights into properties we were considering that we were unaware of.

Jill Horch was absolutely amazing to work with. I was a bit nervous about the prospect of selling my home but Jill and her team made everything so easy and smooth. Her responsiveness was incredible...anytime I had a question I knew she would respond quickly. My appraisal did not come back at the value we thought it should have and Jill worked with the appraiser, provided him with compelling information and the appraiser agreed with her and adjusted the appraisal accordingly. You cannot ask for anyone better if you are selling or buying a home. Jill is honest, trustworthy, a straight shooter and she will fight to get the absolute best price for you!

Kyle was consistently an ally and knowledgeable advisor through our entire home buying process. He answered every question we had, day or night, and was immediately available and able to handle any condition where we needed to quickly pivot or adjust to the closing process. I normally am a fan of doing things myself, but after working with him I cannot imagine having anywhere near the same amount of success on my own.

My wife and I had been putting off buying for the better part of the last decade. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the whole home buying process. Finding a real estate agent and mortgage company that we would be comfortable with seemed like a very daunting and complicated task. We had several friends who had less than satisfactory home buying experiences and didn't like their agents or lenders. On top of that, we both have always been very hesitant to trust any kind of commission based salesman.

As great as Nathan is alone, no one can do what he did without a really solid team behind them. Thrive Realty is just that. While we never actually met them, Operations Manager Rebecca Loesch and her behind-the-scenes team are a bunch of wizards. Everything ran so smoothly and we had all of the documents we needed as promptly as could be asked for. Instructions were always clear and concise and we felt prepared for anything. As an added bonus, Nathan and Thrive made some GREAT recommendations to us on our lender (Guild Mortgage) and our home inspectors. We may not have found either company without their help.

In summary, We really can't recommend Nathan and the Thrive team enough. We will be using them again (For buying and selling) whenever it comes time to find our next home. Give them a shot and we promise that you won't regret it!

Tim Aberle (of Thrive Real Estate Group) is an absolutely superb realtor in every respect. He helped us purchase a home in a very competitive sellers' market at below asking price while still getting every concession that I demanded from the seller. He was also very patient and stuck with us for an entire year while we searched for a home, and never urged us to make an offer that wasn't what he believed to be a good price. Over the course of an entire year we looked at dozens of homes with him and made offers on several, and it became very apparent that Tim really cared about us as people and would not steer us into a bad deal just to score an easy commission. Further, he is a supremely talented negotiator and was always able to get the inside track from the selling agent on the status of pending offers, which was instrumental in formulating an effective bargaining strategy for each home. Finally, Tim's tremendous character and diligence has persisted even after the purchase of my home, as he has been instrumental in securing promised repairs from the sellers and their contractors. In sum, Tim will put your needs first, get you a better deal than anyone else can, and take great care of you both before and after the sale.

Darcie and Thrive Real Estate were fantastic! It's a really competitive market in Denver right now and they helped us cut through the complexity and competition to find a place that we love! They walked us through the whole process, from looking around to closing, and coordinated all the pieces involving the lender, insurance, inspection, appraisal, and closing.
