I am very pleased with our experience with Matt Clark and his team at Thrive. I really fell like he made selling our house a lot easier than I could have ever dreamed it would be. He really helped us navigate the few bumps in the road and feel good about the process. He took a lot of the things that needed to be done off of our plate and on to his, greatly reducing our stress.

Matt sold our house (in 48 hours!) and we are in the process of working with him to find our forever home, and he is helping us to prepare a home from my Father's estate for sale. His knowledge regarding all things real estate is very impressive. We are very picky and indecisive and he handles us with grace and patience. There are houses my husband and I have really liked, but he consistently demonstrates he has our best interest in mind by pointing out things that we need to consider that we would have never caught or thought of without him. His ability to write competitive offers shows just how much experience he has.

He also has amazing contacts and the people he has recommended to us for various things we needed done at the house we are preparing for sale have done a really great job for a great price. I trust Matt Clark and his team very much and highly recommend them.
