Kelly was phenomenal to work with! Right from the first meeting she presented herself as very enthusiastic and motivated to find my wife and I the best possible house for us. She was able to filter out most of the houses that we had no interest in and show us just the things that met our very specific list of desires.

She was always reachable day or night and help us through long evenings and weekends on our seemingly endless search. And once we did find the house we liked she taught us some very interesting negotiation techniques to make our offer one that stood out. Her negotiation skills helped us be competitive on houses we were interested, and wise enough to let go at certain points if it was clear we could not offer what the seller was looking for. After we finally had an offer accepted she walked us through every step moving forward and was in constant communication about what was needed from us and kept everyone on a proper timeline.

Truly the fantastic work we were looking for when searching a for home, and I cannot recommend her expertise higher. Kelly is sure to make your home buying experience fun and as stress free as the process can be.
