Kevin and the Thrive team were wonderful to work with. It took us longer than we had originally planned to be fully prepared to buy a home. Kevin was so kind and patient and even helped my mother find a good realtor to sell her home in Ohio. Every step of the way, Kevin was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were very pleased with our experience with Kevin and I highly reccomend him and the Thrive team!

We moved from out of state, and only had two days to look at houses. Kevin worked with us to get a feel for what we were looking for ahead of time, and reviewed about two dozen houses with us over the phone as a pre-screen so that when we arrived, our time was used efficiently. Kevin knows the area well, provided honest assessments of the pros/cons of the neighborhoods and homes, and helped us to find the house we were looking for. Kevin negotiated all of the inspection objections for us, and we were able to get all of them approved, as well a lower-than-asking price. We had to close while we were traveling out of the country, and Kevin arranged to have all the paperwork done beforehand, and even did the final walk-through for us. Kevin and the entire Thrive team was super knowledgeable, responsive, and so helpful throughout this unusual and difficult home search and close.

I'm going to go on record as saying that my fiancee and I are nightmare clients when it comes to real estate. Dave & Courtney had a ton of patience and ultimately found us a house, and couldn't be happier with the experience. If you put realtors in the same league as used car salesmen (most are) you will be very pleasantly surprised with Thrive.

My fiancee and I came from out of state, and went from not knowing anything about Denver, the market, culture, etc., to knowing it really well, much through Thrive's doing. The knowledge transfer and information is by far more sophisticated than any other realtor I've worked with, and I've worked with quite a few. Dave also knows the tricks of the trade and is legalese-savvy, which in my experience is pretty rare. Over the course of 8 months (not a typo) we looked at probably 70 houses before we finally found a winner. If you need a realtor, I recommend them without any hesitation.

From the onset, we knew we made the right decision in enlisting the Thrive team to help us purchase our first home. Despite one of the toughest markets in Denver history for buyers (especially in our 200-300k range!), we were able to close on only the second home we saw, and in our top neighborhood as well, a dream come true.

Where do I even start? Keegan was PHENOMENAL. I reached out to Keegan months before I even started seriously looking. He was SO helpful. Our family can't say enough good things about Tim Aberle and his real estate practice. I actually met Tim through a random inquiry on a townhouse he had for sale in Lakewood. I was an out of town buyer with zero familiarity of Denver seeking to buy a condo for my college age daughter to live in for a couple of years with the eventual goal of turning the property into a rental. Kevin Shelledy, our agent from Thrive, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish! We brought him on to help us buy a house long distance from another state. From the moment we began working with him he treated us more like friends than clients. He looked over our preferred house and gave us a blunt opinion of it's strengths and weaknesses. He went to the design center to help us pick the finishes for our new build. He even arranged for his assistant to babysit our 2 year old daughter while we were at the design center so we could focus on the choices we had to make. It made a HUGE difference. And when our mortgage company made a mistake that delayed our closing he informed us that we could and should push for legitimate financial compensation. We ended up getting a $4200 credit on our mortgage from our lender which I wouldn't have pushed for had he not strongly advised it. Even after closing he has provided useful local information including warning about a scam mail that goes out to most new homebuyers in the area. A week later when I got a nearly identical letter to the one he warned me about I was prepared. Every step of the way he was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and completely professional. He always wore a mask and was careful to follow covid protocols as well.

I would gladly, STRONGLY recommend his services to everyone I know and everyone I don't know as well.

As someone who has tried to avoid being an adult as long as possible, I never thought home buying would be an option because its far too difficult and confusing of an endeavor to undertake, or so I thought.

Five minutes after submitting an online inquiry for a condo that piqued our interest, Elizabeth from Thrive Real Estate called me and my wife to get some more information.
