This was me and my wife's first home buying experience. We entered into it not knowing much about what the home buying process would look like end to end. Our very first intro conversation with Keegan was scheduled to be an hour but we wound up going for over 90 minutes with Keegan patiently and thoroughly answering every question we had for him. The tone of that initial conversation carried on throughout the entire home buying process. Keegan was never pushy with us, always made sure he understood what we wanted. When it came to getting critical information about other offers on homes or obtaining additional information than what we currently had, Keegan was completely on the ball and highly transparent. We never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response from Keegan. Any time Keegan had something useful or there was a change outside our control he contacted us immediately.

Overall we were absolutely thrilled with our outcome and having nothing but the best to say about Keegan! Everyone we interacted with at Thrive was also incredibly helpful, sent reminders, made transactions go smooth and in general kept everything going as it was supposed to be!
