Visit there before I made a decision, really like the salesman I had, got a very good deal on things. And the movers did an awesome job on handling the furniture getting it in and out very quickly. Do plan on another visit to purchase some more furniture

Great place to get new furniture. Really good staff. Ammad took care of us in the best way. I also received my furniture is the time window that was given. I was surprised right after the furniture arrived with a phone call. They wanted to make sure everything went ok. Definitely will come back.
Awesome and Amazing experience in clearance show room with WHITNEY. Friendly fun experience. Purchased table 4 chairs, sofa and love seat. Whitney was a great help. She needs a raise..great job.
I've never felt so belittled and hustled before in my life! The store associate's play a game for commission were they will put a sold tag on furniture and when they get a customer that they can get a commission on they'll remove the sold tag and sell it to them. I wanted a sofa set and had been there over an hour when this happened to me. Management needs to discuss better business practices with its sneaky associate's! Specifically Terry in the clearance part of the store.
Terrible service. This is a pretty large store and there was only 4 employees working the main lobby. There should be more employees on staff especially with a sale going on. And once a lady was finished helping another individual, she was not very pleasant to work with, didn't seem like she cared to assist us with a sale so we left. Dont plan on going back to this location.
A lady named Pam made a rude comment to my husband and I while looking for a bed for our toddler. Although they had nice furniture, we weren t treated very well. We decided to go Gallery furniture and we spent less, as well as amazing service. Would not recommend this location.
First time coming here and had great customer service! I was greeted and smiles everywhere. Everyone seemed to enjoy working here. I ended up buying 2 couches of "Crestline Brown Dual Power Reclining Sofas" (#11169693) on sale. They also offer "Professional assembly & removal of packaged," but it costs $100 more. Also, if you get this product, note that the "Wall Plug Transformer" is hidden underneath the middle of the couch.
Back in Dec 2013 when I moved to Houston I purchased a dinning table at Bell Furniture and a kitchen Table at Rooms to Go. Just recently I had two Chairs' legs broken from each Table. Bell just fixed my broken chair in 2 weeks at Zero Cost (SIMPLY AMAZING) !!! EXCELLENT Customer Focus. However, for Rooms to Go, WHAT A POOR Customer Service. HORRIBLE...THE WORST ever in Houston. I've called them and heard upfront "Sorry it's out of warranty" so I proposed to pay for the repair but still the Attendant recommended that I Google for a company that fixes Chairs.
ROOMS TO GO HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOUSTON... I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IS THE BEST THING TO DO!!!!
My issue is with call center and repairs with our warranty. I have been trying to have my couch fixed going on 2 months. My couch is now more broken because the tech that came out damaged it further in an area that was NOT even affected before. The original issue is not resolved, and honestly I see no end in site. They keep saying they will call back and do not, wait time is up to an 35minutres and then another extended wait after transfering to another person to help. I have never been treated so poorly by a technician RAY was unprofessional, rude, continuously interupting me. The moment I opened the front door he was dismissive, and kept saying things like "I don't know nothin about that" and "I am just tell you Im not doing anything" or "well thats not my problem, I cant take my time to figure out whats wrong".
I know have a couch that is less than 2 years old that grinds and pops when it reclines, and a (wedge) seat that will no longer connect, and because of that the seat doesn't line up and its now sunken to the point you are forced to roll off into the middle of the 2 seats.
It is now TWO WEEKS after the most recent tech came and rooms to go still has no information or explanation on what we can do because it takes up to 5-7days for the techs info to be loaded onto our account... its been over that and now they are saying it could be even longer that 7 days. My warrently end in December and it is making it seem alot like they are stalling so the issue is not fixed. I have a box of parts that RAY said A) Is not to my couch and B)That they are just "random pieces". it sure looks alot like the pieces the first tech said we needed. Ray recommended I put them in the dumpster upon him leaving my home but I will be keeping them for the next tech to see if what he is saying is even true. The original female tech that came to check everything was friendly and helpful but since then rooms to go have been nothing but a disappointment. I now prefer to sit on the floor than my couch so I dont fall into the crack between my wedge and armless reclines to my sectional.
The worst customer service experience of all time, after waiting all day for delivery people and cancelling my clinic hours for that day they did not show up! They gave me a call that they will be running late , like a few hours late and I was like OK just give me 30 minutes call so I can be home . They didn't call ! I had to go to the work and waited for the call that never came . They just showed up and expected me to drive inHouston rush hour traffic in 10 minutes . The agent on the phone was extremely rude, he put me oh hold four times for 20 minutes , then I requested to speak with s supervisor to reschedule the delivery ASAP , after holding for another 20 minutes they just hung up on me . Do your self a favor and DON'T SHOP AT ROOMS TO GO .
I ordered a bedroom set for my son, I spend over $2500 for it they delivered "6" times and the" 6" times they had to bring it back on the same truck because it was damage "6" times no 1 or 2... 6!!!... I had my son sleeping on the floor for the longest time. After 6 times they said since this is not working out " you will have to choose something else " I said... I don't want anything else, I want my money back oi you are not going to give me the forniture I paid for . Still they denied me my money. I was 8 Month pregnant, I got so tire of going and dealing with them that I started crying saying I can't come back anymore! I am about to give birth and I have my boy sleeping on the floor because all your forniture is damage! I ended up getting a cheap pine ugly beedroom set and a area rough I did not need for the money of the set I originally choose ... Please do yourself a favor stay away from them!!! Horrible, horrible quality and costumer service...
Never buy from the clearance because I bought a brand new sofa and love seat set and 58 days later the arm collapsed on the love seat. When I called to see if I could get help, I got a nasty attitude and denial from the customer service person. Would not recommend buying from this place. Worst mistake I have made.
This Rooms to go location in Willowbrook is best. We ve been getting out furniture from this location since it opened. Tinos is our salesperson , full of knowledge , suggestions and patience and he will work with you .Great guy. Go ask for Tinos at this location.
This store sucks the sales representative (Patricio) needs a thing or two about manners. Next time don't be such a jerk to your customers. You missed out in a big sale due to your attitude and sarcastic glares It's not that hard to just answer a simple question. No worries found a better bed for a better price else where. Rooms to go you should train your reps to be a little nicer.

I would never recommend to anyone this place. This was the first and will be the last time I get anything from this place. Went in to buy a sectional they have a price on the article that says the sectional is this much and if u get the bundle its a different amount. Then you think ok so you will get exactly what they have in display. Nope, thats when u get told if u want standard its this price if u want electronic as here its a different price. So you get told ok the furniture will not be available until a month later... then when you are a couple days for delivery you get a call bout the truck is coming late (seriously ) then they automatically reschedule you not thinking of the huge inconvenience this is causing you. So now that its my delivery date I did not get a call about Confirming delivery date nor time as they tell you when you purchase your furniture. I call myself to ask what time will be the delivery and its then when I get told that they suspended all deliveries due to the snow blast. They will not be able to deliver until 31st of January or sometime in February keep in mind I purchased this in November. I have family from out of town here and am now stuck with no sofas. THANK YOU ROOMS TO GO! Had to purchase chairs for them to sit on meanwhile these sofas are coming from frkn Katy feels more like they are being shipped from the other side if this country. This has been frustrating and hope no one has to go thru this. Would give 0 stars if i could but yeah! I should have just got it from gallery furniture same day delivery they have it in stock. You dont have to wait months for delivery. Save yourself the headache. I should have checked the reviews before going here.

The store is good, but I caution you to buy anything because you will get horrible quality. Long story short, I received an entire set of damaged (torn) furniture...and my replacement was also damaged! They have zero quality control, and zero respect for their customers when you call customer "service". You really get what you pay for I guess.
The only thing I don't like is how long it takes to get your delivery. The showrooms are nicely done and the sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful.
This was a horrible experience. After purchasing a few items. One I wanted to take out the front door and put in my car. I was not allowed due to some policy i did not agree too at purchase. Then when i wanted to pick the rest of my items the security guard in the back was rude. Never again.

I just left this store. After being in there for over 30 minutes, nobody assisted me, nevertheless even greeted me. This has been the norm for this particular location. It just so happens, I'm a giver of many chances. You would think customer service will improve since they may be in desperate need for sales; however, it wasn't the case. This is the same reason I left this store and went all the way to Humble's location to make my purchase a few months ago. I guess I would try other locations since this one has very poor customer service skills.
Lots of great options, even in the "close-out" section. The salespeople don't hound you. Errol was very helpful when we arrived. He informed us of the best way to "tour" the showroom. He also let us know that the prices shown on the signs in each vignette may not be what was displayed. He explained the MANY different ways you could pay for items. I could go on and on! Our experience was FANTASTIC, and we can't wait to receive our furniture (shipping is free)!
After waiting for almost a month for UNDAMAGED FURNITURE TO BE DELIVERED TO MY HOME, today they tried to deliver MORE DAMAGED FURNITURE TO MY HOME. I done! I will not loose another day of pay waiting for something that is never going to happen. And it's a miracle that not one person in this company knows how to contact the OWNER OF THIS COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRONIZE NOR RECOMMEND this company to anyone........

Beautiful furniture but at the end they charge for every delivery dining room , living room, bedroom, kid bedroom it will be charged different for delivery even is in the same location. Service was good over all price is similar to other furniture stores.

My mom purchased a mattress n in order for them to deliver it to the store there's a charge of $75 just so the destribution center can send it to the store smh now they have to drive 45 minutes to the distribution center smh

I have purchased literally thousands of dollars worth of items here but the first time I miss a pick up date by 1 day, the store gives away my item that I already paid in full and waited 2 months for and now I have to wait another 3 months! Never shopping here again and I will make sure everyone I know doesnt either!!
Sales associate Amber Simms... If I could give her 10 stars I would. She knows the merchandise. She is friendly, polite, respectful. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with whatever it is that you re purchasing.
Maybe I should have read the reviews over here before marking 2 purchases (sofa & entertainment wall unit) from this store. They seem to have a decent range at an affordable price. Organizing the delivery was easy & you also get a call a couple of days in advance, advising you of the 4 hour delivery window. Both of the items we received were damaged - in all sorts of different places. The guys making the delivery don't want to claim any responsibility - they just drop it off & ask you to contact customer service. Customer service then wants to send someone over to inspect the damage to see if they can repair it, instead of replacing it. The entertainment wall unit was delivered today (Dec 9 '14) & when a replacement unit was demanded, was told it won't be until Jan 13 '14!!! So the only "option" was to accept a visit from a technician 3 days from now. Never again will I buy from RTG - avoid this place!
I felt the products are a little pricey. I felt the sales representatives followed me around more than reps from other stores. Made me uncomfortable. I was always directed away from the product I was currently viewing towards what the rep wanted to sell.
I would like to thank Jerry ( at the 1960 & 249 location )for his excellent customer service! I hate it when salesmen follow me...just aggravates me. But Jerry waved, gave me his name and told me to let him know if I needed anything. And that I did. After my sis and I found what we were looking for Jerry took great care of us. Thank you Jerry!!
If I could give a negitive review I would! They gave me messed up couches and would not fix it or make it right. They told me it sold as is. Even as i mentioned the banner said new in the box. As I tried to compromise with them, they backed pedaled with excuses as I proved them to be in the wrong for saleing me a lemon. To be honest, give your business to matress mat. # Houstonstrong.
The salesperson wanted us to buy a warranty service of 89.99 for a fabric sofa that we liked. When we said we did not want it, he said he couldn't take it off. They said it was required as the material would get damaged very soon. What??? Another thing was that we liked one of the sofas but it would take 50 days to be delivered. Although, they wanted us to pay everything upfront when ordering. If you want flexibility, I don't recommend this place.
I am very upset with the delivery service, lack of professionalism, rough handling of my new and old furniture, and rudeness that was displayed during our delivery on 4/1/20 at noon. I was told the dispatched Manager for these guys was named Keith. I have yet to hear from him.
They came in and got upset the minute they understood they had to move the existing bedroom furniture to a different room on the same floor of the house. They said they wouldn't do it and got rude very quickly from there. They stayed outside awhile. I called rooms to goat store # 2303 and spoke to Manager there, Mike. Mike said yes they will move all the furniture including the bed and mattress. After getting off the phone with the manager, they guys came back in and started to move the furniture in. They handled our new furniture roughly. I could hear it banging around against the concrete as they brought it down from the truck. They continued handling what was new furniture very roughly as they brought it in.
I tried to ask them questions on if they intended to move our old furniture to the guest bedroom on the same floor. He ignored my question. I asked again. Still wouldn't acknowledge me as if I wasn't a person talking to him. Besides his rudeness, he treated me like I wasn't a person. I had to ask my husband to ask him. He told my husband that he wasn't moving it.
I called the manager at the store that I spoken to back and was told Mike wasn't able to answer the phone to help.
They never moved the rest of our furniture to the guest bedroom and left us stranded to figure out how to get the furniture in the guest bedroom by ourselves. I am unable to help due to a recent back injury.
In regards to our bedroom furniture we just bought, we received one chest in the wrong color that was returned today. The guys Rodrigo Alvaranga did not put the new furniture in a place we wanted but how it suited them even after I told them where I wanted it.
As you can see from the pictures below they didn't even put the new furniture in the room to be enjoyed rather in disarray and unorganized.
I am very unhappy with the way were were treated. I have been a Rooms To Go customer for almost 10 years. This is my second bedroom set purchase there. I have bought couches, refrigerators, washers, and dryers from other companies too, and never have I experienced such rudeness, such unprofessionalism, and disrespect for my belongings and new purchase.
The couch that we wanted wasn't available to order, yet there wasn't a sign stating that was the only one in stock. We went across the street and purchased from Ashley Furniture.
Sales people seemed friendly, but at the end when I changed my mind about purchasing an item (damaged), sales personnel were upset!! I will never go to the 249 location again!!!
If it were up to me, I'd literally give this place 0 stars. I purchased a sectional during memorial day weekend, but ended up finding one that I liked better somewhere else. You'd think the cancellation process would be smooth and easy, but it was an absolute nightmare. It took 19 business days (27 regular days) for me to receive my fairly hefty refund ($$$$) because of a lack of communication on the store's behalf and corporate. Just to break down the timeline, on 5/27 I purchased the furniture. That night (5/27) - I cancelled the order and spoke with 3 different people at the store about the cancellation and refund; they said it would take a while for processing. On Wednesday (5/31), I email customer service requesting an ETA on the refund and they say 7-10 business days for credit cards; up to 21 business days for debit cards. I used a debit card so I'm like sheesh 21 days is forever, but I can try to be patient. 19 business days go by (almost a month) and I still don't have my refund so I get worried. On 6/22, I call customer service and discuss the refund only for them to tell me that I was supposed to be notified by the store to come in and swipe my card to get the money back OR they could mail me a check. So of course that same day, 6/22- I visit the willow chase store location to get my refund FINALLY and I ask to speak with the manager who never apologizes and pretty much blames me for what occurred. It's the principle of the matter at this point. . I m complaining because someone clearly dropped the ball on this. I was patiently waiting for my refund (21 BUSINESS DAYS would ve been this upcoming Monday) and essentially I would NOT have received it by COB Monday because no one ever processed it and no one ever explained to me that I would need to return to the store to swipe my card. To make matters worse, the manager was not helpful at all. She pretty much tried to tell me that her workers followed protocol and they say they told me but of course, I told her this DID NOT happen. What sane person would just let a company hold $1,594 worth of their money for 27 days if they KNEW this information. I m even more upset now because of the way this manager, Patti, handled our conversation. If her team was waiting on me to respond or decide, why didn t they ever follow up with me. If they were so-called waiting on me to come in, why didn t anyone ever call me or email me to check in and say, hey, you have a refund of $$$$ just sitting on our books in accounting how would you like to get that back . Furthermore, if a customer doesn t come in, why doesn t this company automatically move forward with sending a check. I mean something sounds off and seems like money is being mishandled by the stores finance departments. What company would just keep a customer s money for 27 days (19 business days) knowing the person cancelled. And on top of all of that, this manager, Patti, NEVER APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience. I'm extremely upset by the way this situation was handled and the way I was treated and honestly, Rooms to Go owes me an apology of some sort. The willow chase location's customer service sucks. I will never support this business ever again because of the nasty taste that has been left in my mouth by this situation.
Our sales associate Jordan was great. We bought our Couches, paid in full, waited two weeks for delivery and our Couches were not delivered. We took the day off since our was supposed to be delivered from 2-6. When no one showed up at 6 we called customer service and they told us he was two stops away they couldn't tell us how long it would be but that he would be there no one shows up and then 11 p.m. we got to call stating that they aren't able to make the delivery the next day we call customer service they can't help us because it shows that we were scheduled for delivery for the following day which was at an accurate there were not proper notation stating that we were scheduled for delivery the prior day. Customer service was unable to assist me or get me in touch with the manager but they called me back and gave me a manager number and said I need to reach out to the manager when I call the manager Rich Davis he said he was unable to assist me and gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected we will never shop here again you should not waste your time or your money shopping here there delivery is horrible their service is horrible and they made no attempt to compensate for our waste of time because our time is it important to them.
PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS - We purchased a sectional for the upstairs game room. Within a few weeks a recliner started feels like it is coming loose from the foundation structure and also leans noticeably when sitting in it. It is really almost unusable and getting worse. Two service techs visited on separate occasions and both agreed there was a problem. However, when following up with customer service, they said the techs said everything was "within specification" and "normal wear and tear" so nothing will be done. I asked "what is the specification and can I see a copy?".
The only people that were nice through this whole experience were the delivery people. Sales rep over sold me on items instead of getting what I needed (without me noticing), he also flat out lied to his benefit about delivery information. The information that we were later told on the phone in customer service was misguiding as well. It's all good though, stuff happens. We are really happy with the furniture we got, not the service though.
I visited their clearance center looking for a bargain. I was really disappointed. The majority of items where damaged. It was beyond scratch and dent. I thought they would have some items that were discontinued styles or didn't sale well. The prices were too high for the damaged items even if you might want to repair. I had better luck at Goodwill.
I will never in my life again order from rooms to go! I bought furniture last week to be delivered today. The floor salesman and their whole team is deceptive and does not care about customer service! The lies they tell in order to get a sale are just unimaginable. First, they say that the entertainment center would be set up. Delivery day...no set up! Strike 1. Strike 2...bought a floor model adjustable bed frame. Salesman doesnt disclose everything at time of sale. Told me that it would be set up and ready to use. Then on arrival day...these fly by night delivery company precise moving (do not use them!!!) delivers my stuff and leaves it in the middle of the floor. No setup! Errol this salesperson should be ashamed of himself...will say anything to get a sale! Dont believe a word! Avoid him at all cost!
I have bought from other retailers and this is by far the worst customer service ever in life. They will never ever get business from me again! Dont let them take advantage of you. Oh and the managers...no help either! So now i have a bedframe with an adjustable base and mattress lying in the middle of the floor that needs to be moved. Yet I cant do it by myself. What if I were an elderly person??? Really?! I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Hopefully those reading this review will do the same. Customer service...they dont even know what it entails!
I really enjoyed my experience here. At most furniture stores you are hunted down and harassed, but not here. They let us do our thing and come back to them when we re ready.
Great furniture, burnt-out salesman, and seedy business ethics! We went in For the black Friday special to purchase a dinning table. We bought the furniture and then we were told about the special they had going on, which was if you buy one 100$ gift card they give you a second gift card of the same value. We bought 2 for 2. We went back in at a later time to use the cards and during the time of check out we encountered "loop hole trap" stipulation. The salesman said to us "we do not except rooms to go Giftcards purchased from us in the outlet Center" smh shame on you rooms to go! I hope you get conn'd like you did to so many of your customers.
