My first experience with them doing a straight probate was very good and a reasonable price. The second was to draw up a will. Complications arose. Their handling was poor. The lawyer was changed to Robert with no hand over advice to us. Good if nothing goes wrong and you are happy to risk it.

I would not recommend Camatta Lempens to anyone they are the worst lawyer's I have ever dealt with. They were negligent in filling my defence then had to hire a barrister to try to fix their mistakes and charged me for it. They drag things out to fill their pockets with money. I gave them evidence 2 weeks before court but it was not even looked at on the day before court their lawyer Tom Abbott said he had been to busy to look at it and went on to court and misrepresented me in court. He also had to separate matters listed for trial to be heard together. The service I had recieved was negligent and well below the standard anyone would expect. I got a new lawyer from another firm for the trail who advised me that having both matters heard together was not in my best interest at all. On the day of the trail the magistrate advised me that having the 2 matters heard together was not in my best interest and although there was suppose to be an outcome at the end of the day as it was a trail the magistrate said he was prepared to adjourn the the trail so that I could file to have the matters heard separately. I owed them some money which I was not prepared to pay them as they unnecessarily cost me alot more money due to their incompetence than I owed them so they went and put a caveat on my property. I have put them on notice that I am holding them accountable for losses I incured which the extent of is yet to be established.
My advice to anyone considering using this law firm is steer well clear of them and their incompetence as there are alot of competent lawyers out there.
Engaged Robert Lempens. Very efficient & charges in line with most Solicitors - quite a reasonable cost structure & "on the ball". Based on dealings thus far I would recommend Robert for Legal matters.
Poppy Matters of Camatta Lempens was the lawyer I needed to guide me through a tough family court process. Overall, the firm was professional, well organised and reasonably priced. She herself presented as polite, intelligent, efficient, understanding and calm whilst given the situation I was in at that time, was emotionally unable to be any of those things! Our family now recommends them to all who ask for referrals and we will continue to use their services when required.
Absolutely hopeless and worst experience I've had, absolutely no customer service. Amanda seems to be more concerned with dragging out the process to fill her own pockets, all I kept seeing was my bill increasing and no results. STAY AWAY!
