I purchased living room furniture from Tinos Beshahe at the 249 location. I was very pleased with his knowledge of their furniture. He was very patient and understanding with my wife and I. I would definitely recommend that store and that sales rep. Awesome experience and we visited the store 4 times before we made our purchase.

Poor bs service lady told me I needed a credit score of 700 to apply for furniture which I believe she didn't even realize I would have probably paid cash but she stereotyped me so I'd never recommend going to rooms to go store off 249/1960 they stereo type you and profile your pockets....

Misleading Sales Rep NO RETURNS ALLOWED! Went there to buy a bed and matress set for son. Found a great deal on headboard and bought new matress set. Now I understand...you find something in "Outlet" side, and i would not expect a return policy there.but get this THE WHOLE FRIGGING STORE HAS NO RETURN POLICY.....S T A Y. A W A Y!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! Anyways, today I went to the store regarding an issue with my furniture. I spoke with NOHEMI (manager) or whatever you spell her name. She s despot and treated us badly. I will not recommend talking to her regarding any issues. She was rude with her employee JJ Martinez and to us. That s very unprofessional of her, treating her customers and employees like shxt!. She doesn t deserve to be in a manager position. The only good thing about this was the way JJ treated us in a respectful way and very agreeable. Someone should teach her manners ASAP!
Y very bad delivery service I do not recommend paying more than $ 2000 for my children's bed and they came to change for 3 times and they never bring the right thing
I was very pleased with my shopping experience today. The sales associate by the name of Smiley went over and beyond my expectations and because he was so professional and helpful I even purchased a dinette set along with the sectional which is what I initially came in for!!! Thank you Smiley I ll be returning for a bedroom set next!
The rooms to go saga continues. After the three table redeliveries to get an unbroken table we thought we were finally good. We were even planning to go back and buy two more chairs for this table, even after all of the headache we went through. Until we moved and tried to put the table leaf in to find out that it was mismanufactured. We had no room to test this in our apartment. Rooms to go is now telling us that by moving we have voided our warranty because we could have damaged it ourselves in the move...even though it's not damaged, it's literally made wrong. Please learn from my mistakes and NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ROOMS TO GO. You WILL be sorry.
The customer experience here is just bad. I mean it's bad. What to expect: excess pressure from the sales staff. Excessive even for retail furniture sales. You'll need to scrub yourself with a Brillo pad in the shower after you buy furniture here.
What not to expect: anyone to care about you. Especially the store manager...
I regret that I did not take the other reviews in the consideration before I purchased my furniture from rooms to go. This is an immoral store with terrible customer service. They never deliver the furniture to me on time but they expect you to be home all the time just waiting for their delivery. I bought one set of sofa from their store. It took one month for me to get parts of my order. I am still waiting for other part coming after one month I placed order. I have no idea when I can get it. They never delivered the furniture within the scheduled time frame. They may change the shipping schedule any time they want. If you cannot be home at their scheduled time, it may take another one or two months for you to get your order. Most of time, they delivery my order at 9 or 10 p.m. at night although they told me they could come before 5 p.m. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. If you have any complaints, there is no way you can make it because no one would listen to you including their manager. You cannot cancel the order after two days of order even though they cannot deliver it to you on time. It means that after you sign the paper, there is no right for you to do anything. The only thing you can do it is to wait and hope that your furniture would arrive on time. It would be a miracle to get your order at the original scheduled time.
The worst of all is the customer service. You can call it the customer killing department because after you call them, you will never want to buy anything from Rooms to Go.
I would like to thank Milton (Willowchase dr branch) for his excellent customer service. He was very polite to me and my wife. He explained us how we can mix and match furnitures and provided his suggestions as well. We changed our order couple of times, but he was happy to help us everytime we went there.
Horrible customer service, make sure you read before you get the fabric protection. I recomend not getting it at all, they will not cover the furniture as the sales people claim to. Will never buy from them again. The worse customer service ever.
2 days ago I bought a lamp from their clearance and ask this person ALVARO to get it checked. He initially said that he will get it checked right at the cashier counter so I can go ahead and make the payment. After I made the payment, he said that I go to the customer pickup point and he is reaching there with my lamp and will get it checked there. When I reached the pickup point, he wasn t there. The person handing me over the lamps didn t know anything about its checking. I told him what this ALVARO committed inside. He called the ALVARO and to my surprise the person refused that he didn t say any of such thing!! Further he asked me to cancel the order and take my money back. We had arguments and then he agreed to bring a bulb from inside and get it checked which he then did and which could have been done at the first place...on the contrary, at the same time I bought the same another lamp from the main store from Mr SMILEY with a 5 star deserving treatment however this ALVARO ruined it all...
Great help, Ammad - Willowbrook store, was very helpful, friendly. He showed me the different versions of what I was looking for and recommend others and suggestions. The only thing I was shocked about was the far out delivery. It would take me 2 mos. before I get the furniture, which was unexpected. Showroom is beautiful and clean very inviting.
I knew exactly what I was looking for, so Rooms To Go either had it or they didn't. My saleswoman, Amber, was extremely helpful in explaining their current offers and delivery options, and was an absolute pleasure to purchase from. She has a great personality and is very thorough. I had a very pleasant experience.
Had a salesperson help me, told me I couldn't get my furniture by date needed then took off and disappeared to help someone else. Waited 25 minutes before I could find someone to help me with my purchase, this new salesperson was very helpful and got my furniture delivered when I needed it.
I've come to this location twice to shop and both times I've encountered rude service after asking questions to a manager that a sales associate could not answer. We will likely not come back. I'm not it's sure if other locations have the same bad service, but I'll likely just go to Gallery Furniture next time. Our sales rep was nice though, for some reason managers don't offer the same manners or help.
Dealing with Rooms to Go has been some kind of experience. We purchased a few items and each time (3 deliveries) there has been an issue. The first time we ordered a sofa and chaise. The sofa came with all its parts but the delivery guy was extremely rude. My wife told him before he set it up where she would like it placed, he placed it back further than she requesting and when she asked him to move it up he was very snippy and acting like she was asking him to do something that was outside of his job description. The chaise DID NOT come with legs. The same rude delivery guy wanted my wife to sign off on the delivery that all parts were delivered, when she did not, he was very agitated. We had to call customer service to try and get that straighten out. They said they would give us a credit, but that would also require for us to wait for another delivery just for the legs so we decided to return the chaise and get a full refund. They didn t take the chaise that day so had to setup a the 2nd delivery for them to pick it up. That took almost 2 weeks and the pick up window was from 4pm- 8pm. They called me around 930pm telling me that the delivery truck had broke down and that I would need to reschedule the pick up. SMH. The most recent purchase and 3rd delivery was a twin bunk bed set for my son. I didn't realize until they left that one of the screws to the bed was not screwed in all the way and could have been very dangerous if I didn't spot it before my son did, so we had to fix that. And the set comes with 2 twin mattresses. They had 1 twin mattress and the other was smaller than a twin, (I don't know what is smaller than a twin). So now we re waiting for the delivery/exchange of appropriate mattress, hope all goes well SMH.
Purchased "leather" couches here and they started flaking and peeling at just under 4 years of ownership. This was just normal use and with taking care of the material with the leather care product they provided as well as some I purchased on my own. This is a total loss and I wouldn't advise ever shopping here.
The furniture excellent only thing that do not respect the price of the products apart the man who treated us treated badly my children one told him devil face and then I wonder if only those monster had very ugly and unprofessional on their part
I recently purchased a NEW bedroom set for my daughter at RTG and the chest was damaged. They sent an exchange chest and delivered it on Wednesday 03/20th and it was also damaged. I am now awaiting a response for my 3rd chest! UNBELIEVABLE!
The first thing I noticed was the fact that the place looked empty. Against my better judgement, we decided to go in and have a look around. Absolutely terrible decision that I regret so much that I actually considered returning our purchase and rebuying it ANYWHERE else. The higher end customer service at this place equates to people carelessly walking around and very unprofessionally and rudely speaking to you with no interest in what you actually want but instead just looking to make a sale. The lower end of the customer service was on full display from the manager who was just sitting in a lounge chair staring at us. On occasion, he would yell at some of his employees to do certain things but that was about all we got out of him. He (the manager) never got up to ask us how we were doing, if we found anything we were interested in, how the experience was, if we have been helped, or any of the rudimentary teachings of customer service 101. Finally, we decided to buy a coffee table and after having such an awful experience with the first salesman, we decided to give the sale to literally the first salesman we saw next. To our surprise and dismay, this new salesman was even worse than the first one because instead of not caring about us or being short with us, he was actually lying to us and rude to us. Rooms to Go had a financing offer for up to 3 years and he told us we could only have 1 year. Also instead of actually giving us the 1 year, he managed to sum up the audacity to only give us 9 months. We argued with him until he finally gave us 2 years (as if he is negotiating something he has a genuine stake in). After we finally settled that, he closed us out and printed my receipt immediately. I saw an option to have it emailed, which I prefer, and he didn t ask what method I d like or offer it to me. When I requested it instead of just a paper copy, he said that option doesn t exist. I told him we just purchased furniture at another Rooms to Go and the gentleman gave me an email and paper receipt. He then changed his story to oh, it s too late, I already closed out . I asked him to just copy the receipt and email it to me and that would also do just fine, and again he said that s not possible, he apparently didn t have a scanner . I immediately walked away from him and went to the lady working in the cash room and she almost instantly solved the apparent issue and we could not have ran out of there any quicker. From start to finish, this was one of the worst business establishments I ve seen in a good healthy while. It was evident that the problems stemmed from management, which could not have been more obvious that he didn t care one bit about his customers or himself. If you still decide to shop here, pay attention to what I mentioned and you ll see for yourself. If you d like a way out, I recommend the Rooms to Go outlet in Katy. AMAZING and EXTREMELY friendly folks at that location.
Nice store with lots of options that are reasonably priced. The first time we went, they didn't have the furniture we wanted in stock and it would take two months to get it in - though they were still advertising it as available. We ended up getting a couch for our son that he loves. The second time we we went we were mobbed with sales people - they weren't rude or anything but after the fifth or sixth person comes up and offers to help you it gets a little old. We ended up getting a kitchen table and some chairs for the living room. Overall its a good place to go for furniture and i'll be going back.
I always love coming here to shop for my furniture. We had a recent visit because i was searching for a new bedroom and WOW! Kip went above and beyond helping my husband and I with everything.

Today was my first time in Rooms To Go, and I was greeted by Milton Lewis, great service. Listened to what I came in for and took me right to what I asked for. He also, gave me the opportunity to get to walk around and see what else Room had to offer. Since this was my first time in a Rooms To Go. We sat and talked and he gave me ideas of the furniture I was interested in. Milton is very Knowledgeable and attentive and personable. He takes his time and listens to what it is you are looking for. I recommend Milton when your in need of something from Rooms To Go. This store is a poor excuse of an establishment I've seen lemonade stands ran better by a 5 year-old then all the managers combined from Tim to the other one who every time I went to that store had on the same green shirt I wish I could give them a -20 Stars this store is so unorganized the manager loss my living room set first he made up a lot of excuses on why I couldn't get my living room set lying about the time I was supposed to pick up my furniture that I paid in full 5 days before this day. He made excuses the very first day I try to pick up my furniture telling me that Rooms To Go didn't have room for me to return some furniture he also told me that there was no way he can change the time or date for me to pick up or drop off the furniture. The day I was supposed to pick up the furniture was a Thursday which is today I drove from my job around 6 p.m. to my house to the Distribution Center in between Sealy and Katy, trying to make it to the Rooms To Go in Willowbrook and this guy with the green shirt tells me I couldn't take my furniture because I was supposed to be there before 9 at about 8:30 but the whole time these people been telling me long as I make it there before 9 the whole time I've been telling them over the phone to pull my furniture off the floor so I can pick it up sooner they would not let me. The staff was unhelpful downright a disgrace to any uniform , Rooms To Go employees at Willow Chase should have straight jackets as part of their dress code because they're all crazy while I was in a conversation with the manager over my furniture there was two other employees of room to go trying to jump in our conversation next thing you know it's like it was three people against me arguing over my stuff one of the employees threatened to do something to me so I that time I felt threatened buy a Rooms To Go employee while the manager just stood there instead of calling his people down he sat in silence in a way in couraging it by this time I had enough and all ready for whatever was next, next thing you know, I was no closer to taking my furniture home I'm currently not able to sit in my living room because Rooms To Go has held my living room hostage I still don't have my furniture Rooms To Go is a failure to society. They have no customer service skills honestly I think they don't care about the customer they're Liars and they will look you in the eye while lying to you that's the worst type of liar I honestly think the managers at this location train their staff to push furniture on people without caring what really matters and that's the customer satisfaction. I don't know if I'm just wasting my time writing this review or if the owners of this establishes not actually going to fix this and make it right I am currently going to see corporates advice on what to do I might file a grievance towards that store manager because he put me in a situation where I could have got in trouble if I had to defend long story short I just want my living room.
Got my sectional and adman from here a year ago and absolutely love it! The couch cleaner they give you doesn t work, but I was able to wash the fabric. Still looks brand new! Delivery was fast and on time.
Make sure you read the terms on the back side of the purchase agreement written in a super light gray shade text.
They have some really shady terms that are not disclosed before you sign. Once you sign the paper, they got you!
If you purchase something, it will take 5 days for the order to be filled by the warehouse in Katy and you need to pick it up at the warehouse on the specific date they tell you.
If you don't make it on the pick up date (because it's raining and the city is flooding) they will place your order back in the warehouse without a notice and you have to wait another 5 days for them to refill your order.
If you can't wait another 5 days for your order and want to cancel your order, you will get hit with a 20% restocking fee for something you have not picked up and they already restocked.
I went here last Thursday to purchase items for a new home. My daughter and I walked through the entire store without a single person actually greeting us. As I was getting ready to leave I saw a sales person (I think his name was Jose). When I told him what I wanted he turned me over to Tino. Tino was interesting, engaging, and knowledgable. It was great working with him. Until I got to the delivery fee. $250 for them to actually bring me the furniture that I just bought for them. Although I was told this is industry standard that still doesn't make it alright. Also, I have to wait a week longer than I would like to get the items, and some items I wanted have a four month wait. To me, with as big a chain as this store is, this is somewhat unacceptable. I have just purchased a new home, and although I have the furnish the entie home, I don't know if I will consider them in the future.
What a joke! Poor excuse for customer service. Spent all day looking at couches and the first place was RTG. Found what we wanted and talked to a salesman and went on our way to compare. Ended up coming back to purchase, actually bough pillows on the way from pier one. We started the buying process and were told that we could not have until the end of September. WTH! Asked to speak with a manager and Ed was just as matter of fact and rude as could be. Offered no solution, only pay now and get in two months. I even asked for the floor model and he said they couldn't. So we left and called the corporate and they said it is at the store discretion to sell floor model. I then called and talked to the actual store manager Quinton. Nice at first then didn't care and insulted me telling me they do the same thing in my industry! They would offer no solution or even free shipping. What a joke of a furniture store.
AWFUL. NOT JUST THIS LOCATION, BUT ROOMS TO GO IN GENERAL IS TOO INCOMPETENT TO MAKE DELIVERIES. We went and paid for MULTIPLE furniture sets, paid in full, just to continually have our deliveries pushed back. They pushed back the bench for our kitchen table OVER A MONTH. that's half of our seating. It has been over a month now and we still do not have everything. Just today, we were scheduled for a delivery and they pushed back our delivery slot without even asking or notifying us...we had plans!!! We wouldnt have even been home. And what makes this all worse, is everyone I've dealt with at this location and in the corporate customer care is so rude and dont even act a little understanding or apologetic. It's sad that we had many family members and friends recommend going here and it was literally the worst experience we can imagine. With a baby due in less than a month I am so worried we will not have all of our furniture before the due date now. Needless to say, they will be losing many customers now, everyone who recommended them to us heard what they put us through and have agreed to not go back.
Best customer service hands down! Everyone is so helpful. Last year we bought our couch here and Jorge help us pick out a great couch and was amazing at finding what fit our family. He was funny and we enjoyed searching wirh him. Today we went for a bed and Milton help us find a great bed with an amazing deal. Kiki and the Assistant Manager from acceptance now was also great. great energy had us laughing while we waited, got things done quick and effectively, while also explaining things thoroughly We will always come back to this location.
Purchased a sectional and queen set from Rooms to Go. The salesman Errol was very knowledgeable and patient. We were really excited what we purchased. We needed the furniture very soon and we were told we would have to wait until the middle of October. He gave us information about two vendors they use so that we could receive the furniture in a few days. We called both of them and Precise movers answered. I scheduled with the company and were told we would receive the furniture on Friday. We received the furniture today! However, I was told it was sprayed and could not be touched or assembled for 24 hrs. They took the payment of 185.00 and left my wrapped sectional in the middle of my living. The men were very rude especially the older man. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot or beneath him. Rooms to Go should not offer this company to anyone. I looked at their reviews afterwards and saw the low ratings. I m very upset and have called Rooms to Go. Hopefully, they assist us in a timely manner.Good service at the store but do not use the vendor. The salesman assured me these people were very professional. However, I wouldn t refer them to my worst enemy.

Don't buy "leather" furniture here!!!! Bought a recliner from this store and a day later the "leather" started flaking away. Manager "tried" to find a replacement chair to no avail, and would not refund my money. Buyer beware....
5 stars for Byron who helped us at Rooms to Go Willowbrook location, but 4 stars for Rooms To Go itself. There are sofas on the floor with fabric choices that are not even available yet. I feel like they should wait to show that fabric until it is available. Purchased sectional on Friday June 2, and was told everything is in stock, I am thinking awesome so maybe weekend delivery?? WRONG! Quoted a delivery date that was 2 weeks out from the 2nd. I ended up using a third party delivery company that they offer called Premiere Delivery. Premiere gave me a 6 hour window and delivered within the window. The other third party company they offer is called Hollywood and they quoted me $135 for delivery to spring and Premeire cost me $99. Rooms to go delivery would have been $89. Upon check out at Rooms to Go you have to specify what delivery option you want, I gave them the wrong name and when the other company went to pick up today they were denied because their name wasn't on my order. I feel like that's good for security reasons. I called the Willowbrpok store and got right through to a salesman who asked for my phone number and changed the name of delivery company on account promptly. I bought fabric protection for the sectional and today when Premeire brought it in my house it's wrapped up like a mummy, cardboard and plastic wrapped heavily. The moving men told me I cannot unwrap it or sit on it for 24hours from the time it was sprayer because it can cause major skin irritation. Now When I bought this sectional on Friday I was told it would be ready for pick up Monday, why would you tell me Monday and make me wait 24hrs after getting it to use it. They should have told me a day later so at that point it would be already sprayer and safe to sit on. That's why I give 4 stars, not fully explaining the harsh chemicals and reactions that could occur, and the long delivery times. But Byron was the best guy, very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He answered all of my questions about the brand, warranty, and did so with a smile. Ask for him when you go to Rooms To Go at Willowbrook.
Dont shop at this location. Ppl dont care. Furniture wasnt delivered on time over 3hrs passed 4 hr window... no call. Called 4 diff ppl all had attitides. 2016 and cant get good service and no one cares either. This is horrible....but they sure didnt have a problem taking our money....u have been warned. Read other reviews too obviously ppl need to lose their jobs.....
I am giving this a 1 star because of how the manager treated me & my mother. Store was about to close & we were just checking the last price on a living room so i can think about it & come back tomorrow to get whichone i decided so they could go home. Then i heard him say we weren't going to buy anything anyways tell them to wrap it up. It was still 10 minutes til closing time & we weren't the only customers left in the building. That pissed me off soo badly. My seller was awesome though & helped us out tremendously, but because of that comment the manager made i took my $$ elsewhere & paid cash @ Ashley's Furniture next door for a living room set & mattress. Will never come to this location again.
I went to the Willowbrook location and the agent by the name Smiley was stick and rude. I was trying to apply for in house credit and as I was trying to do so he walked off and went to the next sale. He over priced the merchandise, then didn't want to help me.
My wife and I liked the furniture for the price. We wasn't sure which way we wanted our sectional couch though. The salesman Errol said it wasn't a big deal because we have 30 days if we don't like it to swap it out. Once we got it we realized it was facing the opposite way that we needed. Called up there they said it would be an additional 20% of the price to swap it. If that is their policy I feel like I got tricked. I wouldn't ever recommend this store. We should of bit the bullet and went to Gallery furniture.
I feel cheated. I ordered a bedroom set and it was delivered dirty and damaged. It's taken a week to get someone out to "look". Meaning l will have to wait even longer to get this resolved. Customer care and store staff were not helpful and rude. The store manager was not effective. I will never buy from here or any store that doesn't guarantee and stand behind what they are selling. St this point l just wanted my money back but they will charge a 20% restocking fee for sending me damaged furniture.
Really helpful staff. Knew their merchandise and what was in stock. Have pretty decent sales. Clearance room could be more "clearance" Many things were still marked significantly high and there was visible damage.
I went in today to look at furniture. The sales men in the Outlet area were very nice. The sales people in the showroom didn't seem to care that I wanted to buy furniture. One salesman help me for a brief moment but it seemed like I was bothering him or that I asked a stupid question. Well I guess I'll have to spend my money elsewhere.
Had a great experience buying furniture until I went to go pick it up and they're smoking area is right next to the pickup area... I really didn't appreciate buying brand new furniture for it to smell like smoke by the time it got home... the manager Joanna did not seem to mind and said that is there smoking area and there is nothing that can be done about it.. the lady from the warehouse came out and smoked two cigarettes in 5 minutes time and now my brand new furniture stinks and I will never shop there again!!!
Rooms to go has decent furniture at a decent price but due to the fact that they recommend a business that will screw you over they get one star.
If you purchase furniture with this company they may recommend Precise moving and delivery... DO NOT by any means allow them to move your furniture. They will rip you off and ruin your belongings. I recommend Marcus and his moving company to several people trying to support black-owned and they all have the same complaint after. Late, slow, furniture ruined, items missing. Well now I've experienced it for myself.
This was horrible. They don't tell you that they don't stock anything in the store. You have to go to Brookshire Texas to pick up your furniture. You have to wait for an appointment. NOT the same day. We drove all the way to Brookshire and it took 3 hours to get our stuff. We drove all the way home and then we found out that they gave us the wrong merchandise. Then they said they would deliver it for a fee but have never shown up. We have paid for the furniture but we have nothing.
It's pretty sad of their Return policy. Meaning you can't return it. I was told that I should drive all the was to Humble to look at the console first before I buy it. That's a good almost hour drive. And if I take the console home what if it doesn't look good anyway? Can't return it. Dumb policy!
UPDATE: June 2018 The customer service worked on my case. They assessed the mattress and confirmed it is defected. They gave me the option to re-select a mattress (again, no other options :| ). I selected another mattress and they delivered it to my home, and picked the old one. Increasing from 1 star to 3 stars. I would not rate at 5 because they just gave me a single option. In addition to that, the mattress was actually defected and this was a warranty claim, rather than just an unhappy customer review. ------------------------------ Their items are of excellent quality and are generally fairly priced. My frustration is with the terribly pushy sales man and the uncaring manager who made my experience miserable after sales. In short, if you go here, WATCH OUT FOR THE SALES MEN! KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MATTRESSES!

I bought a costly mattress which I just did not really like after the first day. I have been trying to workout something with the sales manager and the sales man who were terribly uncaring about my concerns. I felt they just trapped me with nice words just before the sales and were completely unwilling to work out something for me when the mattress did not turn out to be as good as it was in the show room. It was supposed to be a firm mattress but just within 30 minutes the mattress would become very soft and uncomfortable. That issue was indeed not highlighted or mentioned by the salesman who was just pushing and forcing me to buy it and not giving me enough time to evaluate and decide.
When I mentioned this to the sales man he referred me to his manager. His manager was just more ignorant. he refused to talk to me on the phone and asked me to come in person to the showroom (which is just very bad for my schedule). I came to the showroom and his only acceptable solution was for me to buy a more expensive mattress from them!! Nothing else but a more expensive mattress. His justification for that being the only option, was as absurd as the option and was very hard for me to believe. He said mattresses are destroyed if they are returned even if I did not use them.
Now, it is a couple of months after the purchase and with time the mattress just got softer and more uncomfortable. I completely regret buying the mattress from here and I highly recommend anyone to not buy mattresses from here or expect good customer service from them.
