Place for a snack. And of course the
Crystal very good value at the moment

Used to visit Galway and knew their beautiful products. Have now ordered a few times wine glasses to France. Excellent service , quick replies to e-mails, very well packed always arrived immaculate. Highly recommended !!

Showroom is good, staff friendly, otherwise, it is just a factory store

Lovely place to visit to grab some beautiful crystal

Lovely decor, lovely food, enjoyable atmosphere. Very good experience. Sadly today, we were let down. Though the food was tasty, it was a little cold when served. We were also a little long waiting which was surprising given that there weren't many people there at the time. Having said that, I would give the restaurant another chance given the good experience of others.

The ladies here were so nice! We got so much crystal. They shipped it back to the states for us, too, and the process went so smoothly.

I found the glass wear great and the food was very good and the staff very helpful

It is a lovely spot, with a nice restaurant and glassware shop.

What a surprise this place is. You go in to see the beautiful glass and feel like you are going into a stately home and then you find on the top floor is a wonderful restaurant serving delicious food. I went lunch time, next time I'm going for Breakfast!

Excellent. Shopped at McDs which is a great addition to the building. Work in progress I would say but will be better. Poopy Seed restaurant also lovely for lunch.

Beautiful building. The Crystal shop itself, is not indicative of hand blown glass. Mostly sets of glasses, imported from middle eastern countries. Machine cut and cheap, both in cost and appearance.
The Galway Crystal Christmas Market is a worthy of a visit. Plenty of hand made wooden items. I was particularly taken by a lady called Sarah. She has lovely handmade jewellery. Her husband makes wonderful Band Boxes....different varieties of wood melded together to form trinket boxes with drawers....lovely to give and receive. Competitively prices..will not break the bank..

Oh wow I could of spent more time and money. Truly worth having some and fantastic January sale on at the moment.

Don't go. Stood at counter for ten mins waiting to order food as staff walked past. Even the chef said through the window. Good help is hard got

Amazing Staff . They went the extra miles to make our visit there for our 30th wedding anniversary very special , and helped me pull off a wonderful surprise for my wife. They are the best. Thank you.

Just had lunch in new Restaurant Salt at Galway Crystal and very much enjoyed it. Staff are well trained and very helpful. THEN I went to the Crystal shop downstairs and did a bit of damage to my bank card - so many lovely items I decided to do my Christmas shopping and am absolutely delighted with my purchases.

My parents were in visiting the Christmas shop yesterday and then headed into the restaurant upstairs and couldn't have been happier with the food, service was excellent, place was airy, ambience was lovely. Thank you for giving them a nice afternoon out

It a beautiful place to visit. Fabulous glass wear. Also a beaut cafe up stairs fabulous coffee and cakes. Lovely staff in Galway Crystal building. Well worth a visit.

Great place to stop for coffee. Plenty of seating with room between tables. Gorgeius mugs and cups. Love checking out the shop as well. Xmas decorations are in now. Tree decorations make lovely small gifts. Clean toilets too.

Galway crystal is definitely worth a visit. Good parking. Really nice place. Can get nice crystal for a reasonable price. Gift wrapping ius available too. The place is wheelchair accessible also.

Suck a lovely shop and the staff are extremely helpful n friendly, especially Deirdre, she looked after us. Then had lunch in salt restraunt, fab.

Bought some crystal for my wife, mother, and mother-in-law. Friendly staff sans the lady who got perturbed at a customer who wanted something different called the Celtic Blessing. No need to tell the customer nor the entire shop three times what it was called.

Also, what a great way to send crystal home and not worry about it. Will definitely shop here again.

I was expecting more when we went in, but it was basically just a showroom for the company.

We were driving into Galway and saw the shop in a beautiful building , so we stopped . It was a beautiful shop . So happy we stopped in, spent lots , but worth it !

Got half portion of curry. Nice..but portion was so small it cud nearly fit in a soup spoon. dissappointed.

Tasty food but be prepared for slow service. Really lovely venue.

Was not impressed with the products. Also very expensive.

If you like Irish crystal is just right. The building in the interior is very impressive. The supply of crystal is great but not for everyone.
