Title: Review of Telemind Clinic

I have been a patient at Telemind Clinic for quite some time, and I must say that my experience has been a mix of highs and lows. Dr. Lillian, my attending physician, is truly wonderful and has provided me with excellent care throughout my time at the clinic.

However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the clinic's scheduling and set-up procedures. Recently, I encountered a frustrating situation where I needed a medication refill urgently, but the clinic refused to call it into the pharmacy without a doctor's visit. While I understand the importance of proper medical oversight, it was concerning that I would run out of medication before my rescheduled appointment on Monday.

Despite my plea for a short-term emergency supply to tide me over until my next appointment, the clinic was unwilling to accommodate this request. This lack of flexibility and empathy towards my urgent medical need was disappointing and unacceptable.

In conclusion, while I hold Dr. Lillian in high regard and appreciate the care she provides, I must caution others considering Telemind Clinic for their healthcare needs. The clinic's inflexible policies and lack of consideration for patients' urgent situations are concerning. I hope that they will reevaluate their procedures to ensure better patient care and support in the future.

Telemind is a JOKE Company that should be closed down by the Nevada Medical Authorities! These people are evil people with bad intentions! I had been previously diagnosed with ADHD and had been receiving Adderall prescriptions for over 5 years. Regardless of their actual diagnoses, The Telemind Providers are required to meet with their patients for several weeks before they permitted ti write any type of prescriptions. After all that, Telemind overcharged me dramatically. You

I spent 2 years with Telemind as my mental healthcare provider. Out of my 30 appointments, only 3 times were my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy within 24hrs of my prior appointment. The practitioner I saw consistently seemed uninterested and hurried, as if they were trying to fulfill seeing an enormous quota of patients. Their lack of care is noticeable in the patient notes I requested and received after leaving their practice. They did not document major parts of my mental health and clinical psychological history I shared with them. They wrote notes about our discussions that were objectively false, and omitted very pertinent things even relating to dosages of medications I was on and what dosages were changing. My provider was unprofessional, and that seems like an understatement. Ultimately I feel as though I was rushed out the door and tossed aside, and could never rely on my medications being prescribed correctly, or timely. I realize now how damaging their lack of care actually is, and am sad that I am not the only person who has dealt with this awful, despicable level of care and lack of service.
The office staff are wildly inconsistent. Sometimes they are very responsive. Other times, they were impossible to get a hold of. Generally nice in a robotic way, though. I guess that’s the only nice thing I have to say about this company.
Do not waste your time, your money, or your brain on this awful company. I refuse to call them a mental health practice. Telemind is a thievery practice.

Telemind has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Unless you make a new appointment, you must leave a message. No one ever answers. I had my first appointment with Raine Mayers. She didn’t call in my medication for 6 days. I called every single day and left a message.
I also sent several emails. Finally my medication was called in. However it was the incorrect dosage. My second appointment 30 days later I logged in early and Mayers came on the call. She asked who I was and said one moment. Then another person came on and said she had an emergency and couldn’t take my appointment. We then rescheduled for the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday came and I received an overnight email saying that appt was cancelled. Tuesday (today) is the last of both my meds. This is absolutely terrible and I’m on hold again.

Super friendly staff and the Doctor was very nice. I would highly recommend. Thank you very much.

Excellent !!! I ve been to a few , he ( they ; staff) are totally professional , I highly recommend this office and DR Fisher . With the varied conditions I have , he spoke intelligently and with medications , he is helping to address and recover.

The staff is friendly. The office is clean, nice, and comfortable. Dr. Fisher is pleasant and kind. I was initially nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but was really surprised and pleased with how easy this all was. I'm grateful that they put so much effort into ensuring minimal stress.

I ve only been once to this location. When you arrive the first time you ll have paperwork to fill out it s approximately 15 minutes of paperwork. That does cut into your time with the doctor so be prepared to write quickly. I will be meeting the doctor next week for the second visit; I ll update at that point.

Well I just went back yesterday.

Very nice the office is clean Miss Vega behind the desk is lovely every time you come on she greets you with a smile. The waiting room is comfortable they have a television for you to watch while waiting. There s not a lot of time that you re waiting in the waiting room so you don t really get to enjoy the sofa and the tele. Dr Fisher is very easy to speak to. I m glad I found Dr Fisher and his office.

I think he is cold fish who does not make eye contact or keep his word just read off paper our 1st meeting TV screen weird said taper off xanax 2wks later he said come in person he still seemed afraid no eye contact got up & left cause I was exhibiting anger,anxiety,stressed asked me if I was thinking of suicide I wondered why signs I reading after leaving even more positive not 4 me coming off anxiety meds taken 4 yrs.Said bring in rest of meds still no prescription 2 ease my withdrawal so I asked another dr. said go see some1 else. I never felt so invisible or unvalued.

Charged for missing an appointment I didn t schedule or confirm. Called about it, talked to 3 different people. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Outright refused to reverse a fraudulent charge they committed; just kept saying well you missed your appointment . What appointment?!?

Being that i have gone to other psychiatrists in the past, I was worried that the waiting room would be awkward uncomfortable and generally sterile and somewhat like a psych ward in the hospital. But it wasn t it was a modern, clean and well-lit waiting room with coffee and water available. The front desk manager was very welcoming and I was able to do my paperwork, wait maybe 2 to 3 minutes. I was in the room with the doctor. I love That technology has come so far and allows you to meet with the doctor that is not physically there but by Teleprompter and it was a relief because a bit of anxiety can come when meeting a stranger in a small room discussing your personal and intimate issues. Dr. Fisher was warm understanding open inconsiderate. He was there all in his questioning in with his explanations. The appointment went well and I recommend him to anyone in need of psycho therapy.

I want to give a personal shoutout to Sam Cortes at Telemind. I forgot to ask what his title is, but he took my call this morning and helped answer my questions quickly and efficiently. He even took the extra step to verify that my contact information on file was correct (it wasn't) and fixed it. Total 180 from the experience I was having up until this point - blows my mind that a mental health facility doesn't prioritize customer service, but Mr. Cortes is the exception, so a special thank you to him and whomever his supervisor is.

Comfortable environment was very helpful for my daughter, who cannot tolerate overcrowded waiting rooms. Doctor listened to our concerns and addressed the issues. Explained medications, and provided appropriate follow-up.

Not the experience I was hoping for. Not much evaluation of my situation. It was just a video call & I don't feel like that's an adequate connection to feel comfortable to get the help you need. Was really hoping I'd be able to speak with a doctor in person or at least sit down in an office and discuss my issues more in detail.

I appreciate being able to start having tele-visits as my anxiety makes it hard for me to go out. I have met Dr. Fischer in person twice and I really like him. I am going tell now and I will still be dealing with him. The front desk personnel I met today was very nice. The waiting room is comfortable.

I've been going here for almost 6 months. The doctor is great. My issue is with the front office staff and scheduling appointments. There have been numerous times where they schedule an appointment with me and then change the appointment without telling me. When I show up to my appointment, they say I missed it and I have to call and reschedule. They still charge my credit card every single time. That's a shady business practice. I'd like to say I hope its an innocent mistake but it's happened multiple times and I'm done.

I have no issue with appointments being changed with advanced notice.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Fisher today. I had a great experience overall! I am definitely most likely to recommend this office to others looking for a psychiatrist.

The staff is friendly. Dr. Fisher listened intently and made recommendations based upon my needs. I am pleased with his disposition and genuine nature (uncommon in my experience). I feel hopeful and I m looking forward to a new lease on life; more fulfilled and less anxiety ridden.

Don t go to this dr they said some things I never said in medical records and it takes a long time just to get your medical records

I had Sulver Summit insurance, but TeleMind did not take it, however they asked me to contact my insurance to make them accept TeleMind, which was absolutely ridiculous. So, I switched to the Health Plan of Nevada, and guess what, when I contacted TeleMind to schedule my appointment they requested my credit card number to charge me $75 without my authorization. Since TeleMind does video counseling, you may only imagine that if for any reason your computer or your cell phone is broken, your internet is down or some electronic force majeure happens, TeleMind would charge your credit card $75 immediately, without your authorization. They say they charge less than any other clinic in Vegas, but It seems more like false advertizing, fraud and racket to me. When I told that to the TeleMind phone clerk, she hung up and immediately blocked my number, so now TeleMind refused to provide me with any services at all. For a mental clinic specializing on mental patients with mental disorders TeleMind seems to be very aggressive, incompetent, unprofessional, biased and prejudiced. Don t go there unless you wanna get ripped off, discriminated and humiliated.

Dr. Anton Fisher and his staff are AMAZING!!! I have dealt with depression issues for many years and all the Doctors I have seen just seem to not care. They rush their diagnoses and just shove meds down my throat. Not seeming to care about me or my future!!! I had seen Dr. Fisher for the first time about 2 months ago. At first I was a bit skeptical about seeing him on a big screen but he was amazing!!! He is kind, caring, calming and attentive. The meds he has giving me are not addictive and so far seem to be exactly what I have needed. I cant thank him enough. I feel like I have a chance for a good life again. First visit this morning. Beautiful office and very kind front desk staff. Had a short wait to see the doctor but not excessive. Was a little startled to be shown to an office facing a giant screen (where the doctor then called in a teleconference), but it didn't take long to adapt. I have had issues in the past with psychiatrists seeming cold, rushed, and dismissive, but Dr. Fisher was kind and patient, and I felt heard. Left feeling more positive about the future (re: mental health) than I have felt in a while.

I have had GREAT experiences with TeleMind Clinic. DR. Anton and the staff are amazing. They are helping me recover my life back. Thank you.

I went for my first appointment yesterday. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was greeted by Karla in a warm, friendly way. Immediately I was at ease while she took the time to explain the office policies and almost immediately showed me to the room to see the doctor.

Dr. Fisher is amazing. I felt he truly listened to my concerns and suggested new medication, as others in the past have not worked for me. He also gave me great resources to start going to a therapist who both accepts my insurance and specializes in my needs. Yay!!! A doctor who is genuinely interested in helping his patients reach their goals. I immediately called a therapist and have an appointment next week. I also have a follow up appointment in two weeks to make sure everything is going well.

Kudos to the staff at Telemind Clinic.

Sara Fedack was my doctor and was very attentive to my needs. She asked improtant detailed questions in order to better undestand my concerns. She was very knowledable and addressed in very specific terms her advice and diagnosis. I was apprehensive when I came into the appointment due to my specific concerns, however after talking with Doctor Fedack, left feeling very reassured and confident in her ability to help me. I am still in process of therapy and look forward to psoitive results. I would definately recomend doctor Sara Fedack and Telemind to anyone.

The only psychiatrist in town that you can get in right away because this is a new practice. They do things through teleconfernece which is very handy. Very friendly staff.

Amazing place. Very friendly staff. Dr Fisher is great. He took the time to understand my situation, and what I was struggling with. He genuinely cares, which makes me feel like I'm not alone in this. The office itself is incredible. Very peaceful and soothing environment. I feel at ease when I'm there. And the staff are very sweet and caring as well. Plus, I never have to wait long to see Dr Fisher :) In only a couple of visits he's given me so much hope on my road to recovery.

TeleMind clinic is the best place I have been to so far. I switched from my previous clinic because they did not care about their people and they were rude. TeleMind is not only super nice and friendly but they seem to genuinely care about their people. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

very interesting never been to a psychiatrist before , but it was modern in the fact that it was videoed and i dot t blame him. you get the video of the meeting in case of an out of an out of control person. pretty cool. knowing he just in the next room. this should be a model for other physicians regardless of the discipline. especially in today's technology, who wants to fight traffic and spend money and time on gas. so hats off.

This is the way healthcare should be delivered globally. Being able to speak to a professional on-demand from your home office via video teleconference is so much more rewarding than wasting time with the old school methods for such visits. The federal government could learn a lot from Dr. Fisher. Thankfully, I'm 100% confident we are on the track to success. Dr. Fisher is on the path to solving a 35+ year condition for me that no other professional seemed to care or had the knowledge to diagnose. For that, I owe my life to him.

I find it very weird and suspicious to ask for a credit or debit card over the phone just to set up an appointment. If you have my insurance information, why would I give you my card information before even having an appointment? Why would I need my payment information on file before even having an account with this company?

I never ever wait for an appointment, and if I do its only about 5 minutes or less. Dr. Fisher is honestly one of the best psychiatrists I've seen here in vegas; I've had bad experiences with many of them. He always listens to what I say and seems like he genuinely cares about my needs.

I was first given the wrong information by a new employee. I then spoke to Karla the Manager who directed her staff the right direction. I was really stressed out when I spoke to Karla and even might have been a little rude towards her. Karla was very professional the entire time and apologized for the inconvenience. I was on a time constraint and the paperwork usually takes 10-12 days to be completed. but Karla took it upon herself to go above and beyond for me and made it happen the very next morning. Over all I had a great experience and I am very happy and will continue to do business with Telemind. Thanks again Karla i appreciate you and your business very much.

This really is a great mockery, the doctor attends to you on FaceTime, asks you 4 or 5 questions and sends you medications, does not explain anything, does not talk in depth about the things that are happening in your life, everything is like getting out of you quickly please a little more professionalism because it is enough that they do not attend the client or in person

I have health insurance. I called Telemind two separate times to make an appointment and BOTH times I was asked to provide a debit card to keep on file. They wanted to charge me $1 JUST TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. Nope.I've NEVER heard of such of thing. That screams sketchy to me. Even my therapist who had referred me to Telemind said that was unheard of. I will never try to make another appointment with Telemind ever again.

**Edit** I'm not sure why Telemind felt the need to explain WHY they want a card on file. I get it. But the fact is, I'm not comfortable providing that information nor have I ever been asked to do so from ANY other doctor's office in my LIFE. It is my RIGHT as a patient to have an appointment made WITHOUT being charged. My therapist will no longer be referring you to patients.

I already felt comfortable on my first consultation with him, he made me feel like I would be okay. He was kind and professional, and above all he listened.
All of the staff at telemind are friendly and professional too. When I could not go to my appointment they rescheduled me without a problem and when I needed a last minute appointment, they made sure to find a time in their schedule. I am happy and glad to consult with Dr Fisher and recommend telemind clinic.

I had a great experiences the receiptionist was super nice and the doctor was through I would definitely recommend.

This is my first time here at Dr. Fisher's office and he helped me out allot. Right when I called and spoke to Karla she assured me I was in good hands she was very helpful. I can't wait to come back and see both in two weeks.

This practice is beyond terrible. The staff at Telemind is the most unprofessional and rudest people my wife and I ever dealt with. We have to constantly remind them to submit the prescription on time to the pharmacy, they ignore our calls (and we know because we call from a different number and they answer), and right now we are fighting with them because they charged our card again stating "it was from a previous appointment that was unpaid" which is a bunch of BULL because they always make sure to charge our card at least an hour before each appointment otherwise the doctor will not see us.

Not only that - but the doctor does not show up in time for the appointment and is always at least 30 minutes to an hour late for the video conference THEY set up. When he DOES decide to show up for the call, it will be only a 5 minute visit but they end up charging you (or your insurance) for a full hour.

Carla is one of the rudest person working there, she will mock you whenever there's an issue she just hangs up on you or she will say "we will call you back" - days will pass with no phone call back from this office. WHAT A JOKE!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEEASSEEE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, these people can give two sh*ts about you - all they care about is money. When we said we are cancelling our visits with them and are going somewhere else, there comment was "It's not that easy", that I needed to fill out some paperwork which is not true.

Anton Fisher is a great doctor and was the first one to actually help me with anything I've been dealing with. The atmosphere here is great and relaxing, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr Fisher listens to what I m saying. He explains everything. I feel secure knowing that he s answered all my questions and concerns.

Easy to get an appointment and good customer service

These visits are amazing in the sense that you do not feel pressured. It is very relaxing, and Dr Fisher is very professional. You feel a welcoming presence as soon as you walk through the door. I highly recommend Telemind.

I was a little intimidated of Telemedicine when I first booked this but Nicole Powers made me feel so welcome and like I was in a safe space! Dr. Fisher is very professional. He is very patient and takes great notes every session. Also, his staff is friendly and efficient, and the office is very well kept and clean. I am very happy with the professional help I received and highly recommend TeleMind Clinic.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is no help to someone in bad metal health. They only want to make money. Barely talked to me for 15 minutes, no eye contact felt very unfriendly. Doctor prescribed me something I told him gave me really bad side effects and doesn't help me and would not prescribe amitriptyline which I said does help me. Waste of $200. I feel worse now than before I went there. Avoid this place if you can. A much more qualified doctor did prescribe my amitriptyline as I get serotonin syndrome from ssri drugs. And I was 15 minutes early for my 7:30 appointment. Do better, you took a hypocratic oath. Make sure to look at their Yelp page....

I really like Dr Fisher he is great ! Started seeing him a month ago he has great communication skills and know exactly how to treat my elements.without five different pill lol I recommend highly.

5STAR SERVICE TELEMIND

After back to back PTSD issues I can tell Telemind Cares about my Psych . Mr. Cortes friendly and efficient, weather I m a mess or not on appointment day.

Ms Sarah checks in on me, we talk more than any doctor or nurse. By email and video it s like she s in the room. Same thing with Dr Fischer!!! He comes to the rescue on video.

I go to my pharmacy right after for my RX NO More PAPERS just go get it!

I took a moment in a very confusing time to sit down and express my appreciation for this firm. And the simplicity of virtualization you ve mitigated with ease.

Dr. Fedak is so amazing and has made this experience so amazing! She explains things to me and educates me which makes me feel so much more comfortable. So happy I found this clinic!

I met with Dr. Fisher & his staff They have been amazing, and there have been no surprises, which I like. All in all, I would recommend Telemind clinic and also Dr.Fisher, his clinic has such positive energy and beautiful office swell and anyone who is contemplating doing it should really go for it. Their services are amazing and I'm glad I finally found a doctor that truly cares for his patients, not just someone gives out medication without knowing them.

Appointment was 20 minutes; Dr. Fisher had the personality of a brick wall. Completely disregarded confidentiality as I m a minor and he told my parents about everything after he made me bring them in. Prescribed me a higher dose of the same medicine that didn t do anything for me. Don t come here.

I went at telemind when I am at the point of giving up but as soon as I talk to dr Fisher he made me feel that I am going to be ok.He help me alot. I recommend this place.

TeleMind Clinic provides a very professional and understanding experience. Office Manager is awesome and very personable. Dr. Fisher is an expert in his field, all while having great listening skills. I highly recommended TeleMind Clinic.

Strict 5 minute no show charge. I was 8 minutes late. Another appointment wouldn't be available for another month.

You get the money back if you reschedule but it feels manipulative at that point.

It's hard enough having a mental disorder. I don't need more punishments for it. I'll go somewhere else with maybe a little more understanding.

I guess the moral of the story is don't be late.

Edited to add: Owner replied to review on yelp saying the grace period was 10 minutes after appointment time. I arrived at 8 minutes after appointment time and was told that the grace period was 5.

My experience with Dr. Fisher has been great. Very efficient and straight forward. I recently heard some schools along with their nurses are doing the tele medical visits. It is the future. With the shortage of doctors they will have to fill in the vacuum. Great experiences with the staff and physician.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Fisher today. The experience was wonderful considering its hard to ask for help when you are going through issues in life. Ana was so wonderful and kind. She works at the front desk. She was attentive and pleasant. Dr. Fisher listened to my issues and was caring and sensitive very professional. I am grateful I have them to help me.

The doctor made me feel very comfortable and I was able to open up to him it's not easy for me to open up to anyone but I felt felt very comfortable with Doctor anti and I'm glad to have him as my psychologist

Awful. The staff there are very unfriendly. Dr. Fischer was really nice, but the staff aren't friendly at all. I had an online appointment scheduled a month in advance, and when the time came for it, they never sent me a link. I was still charged for the appointment, and I called back three times to no avail.

Called three times at 10 am Monday morning and their rang three times they picked up the phone and they immediately hung up. I was going to be a New patient here this is not a good sign.

I was a little hesitant about coming here, but I'm so very glad I did.
I felt 100% comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.
