Strict 5 minute no show charge. I was 8 minutes late. Another appointment wouldn't be available for another month.

You get the money back if you reschedule but it feels manipulative at that point.

It's hard enough having a mental disorder. I don't need more punishments for it. I'll go somewhere else with maybe a little more understanding.

I guess the moral of the story is don't be late.

Edited to add: Owner replied to review on yelp saying the grace period was 10 minutes after appointment time. I arrived at 8 minutes after appointment time and was told that the grace period was 5.
