Telemind has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Unless you make a new appointment, you must leave a message. No one ever answers. I had my first appointment with Raine Mayers. She didn’t call in my medication for 6 days. I called every single day and left a message.
I also sent several emails. Finally my medication was called in. However it was the incorrect dosage. My second appointment 30 days later I logged in early and Mayers came on the call. She asked who I was and said one moment. Then another person came on and said she had an emergency and couldn’t take my appointment. We then rescheduled for the next Tuesday. Next Tuesday came and I received an overnight email saying that appt was cancelled. Tuesday (today) is the last of both my meds. This is absolutely terrible and I’m on hold again.
