This practice is beyond terrible. The staff at Telemind is the most unprofessional and rudest people my wife and I ever dealt with. We have to constantly remind them to submit the prescription on time to the pharmacy, they ignore our calls (and we know because we call from a different number and they answer), and right now we are fighting with them because they charged our card again stating "it was from a previous appointment that was unpaid" which is a bunch of BULL because they always make sure to charge our card at least an hour before each appointment otherwise the doctor will not see us.

Not only that - but the doctor does not show up in time for the appointment and is always at least 30 minutes to an hour late for the video conference THEY set up. When he DOES decide to show up for the call, it will be only a 5 minute visit but they end up charging you (or your insurance) for a full hour.

Carla is one of the rudest person working there, she will mock you whenever there's an issue she just hangs up on you or she will say "we will call you back" - days will pass with no phone call back from this office. WHAT A JOKE!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEEASSEEE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, these people can give two sh*ts about you - all they care about is money. When we said we are cancelling our visits with them and are going somewhere else, there comment was "It's not that easy", that I needed to fill out some paperwork which is not true.
