I've been going here for almost 6 months. The doctor is great. My issue is with the front office staff and scheduling appointments. There have been numerous times where they schedule an appointment with me and then change the appointment without telling me. When I show up to my appointment, they say I missed it and I have to call and reschedule. They still charge my credit card every single time. That's a shady business practice. I'd like to say I hope its an innocent mistake but it's happened multiple times and I'm done.

I have no issue with appointments being changed with advanced notice.
