Wonderful hotel and staff all for ten. Food especially. The only objection to people complaining about everything and harassing the staff and, therefore, the rest of us who came to rest is not to listen to the tingling and nervousness ... because they are bothered by the children splashing in the pool, they are bothered by the heat of the pool water below. that there are no artichokes or other fruits on the buffet that they had never heard of 5 days ago. So, hotel rating is pure five all praise !!!

Very nice hotel, especially from the inside. The interior is superbly decorated and exudes refinement. The spa and wellness center are also superbly decorated. A great place to relax, especially in summer when there is almost no one inside and the atmosphere is quiet and intimate. The wellness center contains Finnish saunas, aroma saunas, Russian saunas and infrared saunas and various pools with seawater, hot, cold, outdoor pool ... and relax room. Beautifully decorated and the atmosphere is calming as it should be. Their rates are extremely good and affordable, even surprisingly low considering what kind of hotel they are in and what their food is. Food is top. All recommendations

Good location with a large parking lot. Food is diverse and quality. The hotel is ranked 3 * because the rooms and the interior are overcome in time. Kindly staff will comfort guests' stay in every way. Staying can ruin your organized local wedding celebration because the hotel has degraded the service and has a role of a wedding salon, so do not be surprised if the crowded atmosphere runs until 2:00 in the morning or asks you to free your parking, dinner at the congress hall, .....

Extremely flexible staff, First contact with the reception excellent, fast and efficient. Also all the other staff, the chefs who had to give us food on the plates in the buffet restaurant because of cov8da 19 ... hey, hats off in front of them. They fulfilled just about every wish. The food is extremely varied and delicious.

Nice and efficient service, tasty and varied food (the downside is the lack of tea and other drinks during dinner - except for one small drink assignment). The rooms are cleaned thoroughly, the bathrooms, although clean, can sometimes have a cracked tile, washbasin, etc. Particularly noteworthy is the dining room decorated in an eclectic "Gypsy baroque" with maritime touches (vidi door to the room adjacent to the dining room). :-) Generally nice and OK.

Good service. Varied food. Room big enough. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Bathrobe in the room. No beach sheet. Room clean but the carpet has traces of previous guests. The banister inside should also be renovated.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Staff friendly and polite. Room nice and spacious. We're on half board basis. When we first went into dinning room there was no one to greet us and show us the ropes. I had to approach 2 members of staff. Food good with plenty of choice and restocked frequently. Didn't always get our drinks to enjoy with starters.

Very clean, friendly staff and the wellness and savings offers are great. The WiFi is bad and the hot water temperature fluctuates a lot on the 5th floor. I suspect that the pipe was dimensioned too small, that there is a pressure reducer in front of the storage tank or that a valve in the hot water line is not open properly.

The shortcomings are actually just minor things. Who wants to have a nice vacation is right here.

The hotel is okay, clean and generally ok, only communal in the rooms. But the food is delicious and a lot of choice for everyone.

Hotel Horizont nudi sve sto vam je potrebno za boravak na moru. Ako se zanemari pomalo zastarjeli interijer, po veoma prihvatljivoj cijeni dobit ete sobe pristojne velicine, veoma iste sa prostranim kupatilom. Dorucak i vecera su raznovrsni i jela su ukusno spravljena, u ponudi ne manjka na vocu i slatkom asortimanu. Blizina plaze je izvrsna a u blizini ponuda restorana je odlicna. Sve u svemu krasan obiteljski odmor, jako pogodan i za manju djecu. Toplo preporucujem.

Extra comfortable cozy accommodation with excellent wellness and food of the highest quality and preparedness, staff friendly and helpful.

Just back from a holiday at this hotel and stay strong estimate at 4/5. The strengths of the hotel include the location, beautiful views around, very friendly service, a very large selection of good food for breakfast and dinner, distance from the beach, swimming pools at the hotel, orderliness throughout the hotel including guest rooms that were virtually cleaned every day. Minuses? In total, there is only one but big. No drinks for dinner in the HB option. Maybe the detail, however, for this price even water or any juice should be. Because ordering drinks with dinner from a local restaurant every day is a big expense. If someone thinks that this is not a downside, you can safely come here. I'll personally go back there myself! I highly recommend this hotel.

Service is great, breakfast is pretty varied, also the pool is nice, they have pools inside and outside. The spa is really nice, also the gym is quite big they have massages and many types of sauna, although the Finnish sauna was really cold... They have bar and some small dishes, if you ever get hungry and can't bother to go outside for food. The rooms aren't that different from typical hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the dining room is always a little fuller and it is difficult to find a place to eat, the hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool and saunas which are the biggest charm of the hotel, and I'm sorry we failed to try hot baths which are often out of order

I am currently here in the hotel for the 3rd time. For the fact that I am the third mail there is a review in itself.
Still, I have to say that the quality of the hotel has deteriorated in terms of the room, the staff and the food.
Room well ... a renovation would do well - especially the bathroom. The bathtub is very high due to the shower partition - even too high. So for over 30 it is no longer easy.
Personnel: you can see that the personnel has been reduced due to Corona. Still, I have to ask WHY? I claim the number of guests has remained the same and the staff is overwhelmed (do more and take hygiene measures). I can't get anything for dinner with my family. I won't remind the cellars every day that I want something too.
The food is distributed at the buffet by one person each. It is definitely not enough. This creates unnecessary "corona-dangerous" snakes. Since we can make it on the plate alone.
Food: the quality has deteriorated extremely. I have the impression that the kitchen is not in the mood. Everything cut lovelessly, not through, too hard or whatever. I know what I'm talking about in 2014 and 2019 the quality was completely different.

One of the few hotels whose pictures do not show all the advantages it really has and all its uniqueness, pictures that are not photoshop. The nature is beautiful, the hotel is clean, tidy, the staff friendly, the food varied, special compliments to the staff at the pools and the always smiling waitresses who sailed with us through the corona serving, and although I love all animals, it is not five stars because it is not pleasant to you while sitting on the balcony lovely swallows decorate the chairs, spice up the coffee and add a new pattern on the bathing suit. The climate was a bit shaky, but anyway, I m coming back again and that s probably this year, towards the end of the summer.

Luxury hotel near the beach, comfortable rooms. Spa, and all other entertainment, billiards, gym. The kitchen is excellent. The staff is friendly. Great stay!

It says it's a four star hotel but after seeing the room I would say it's more like a three. Nice and helpful staff with a tasty breakfast.

We stayed at Hotel Horizont several times and we always enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This time our expectations were exceeded. Everything worked flawlessly (praise to the management), from check-in / check-out at the front desk, restaurant services, to the cleanliness of the room and all the spaces inside and near the hotel. Special praise for the choice (great coffee and juices from the appliance), quality and taste of the food (corn stew, for example). It just can't get any better.

Op zich een mooie plek maar voldoet niet aan een 4 sterren hotel en qwa prijs. Kamers zijn gedetailleerd uit het jaar 1998/2000 .wel in schone staat elke dag. Badkamer jammer genoeg met badopstap om te douchen, hier en daar wat gebreken. Maar voldoet, twee kleine liften , te klein voor zo,n groot hotel. Wel mooie lounge met pooltafels, jammer genoeg afgedekt ivm seizoen voorbij. Eerste week oktober, beetje raar. onbijd elke dag oke maar wel het zelfde. geen variatie in het aanbod. Na 3 Dagen heb je het wel gezien met onbijt .verlang je naar ander beleg , maar wel goed. Bedden kraken wel op onze kamer, klein koelkasje. beperkt zender aanbod tv 7 a8 zenders van vooral Kroatische afkomst. al met al. Een klein zesje 6-
Kan overal gemeen zeggen dat het een doorsnee hotel is die zijn tijd voorbij is en er nog net mee door kan. Maar zeker geen 4. Sterren waard is. Was een eenmalige keer. Qwa prijs zeker. 7 nachten. .770 ,-- inclusief ontbijt

The buffet is adequate, the staff very nice and helpful.
The wellness area nicely done and the sauna is great, but should be said right on arrival that the sauna for house guests is free.
