One star is too much! We were bumped from our gate at N and came over to C expecting to eat near our gate. Everyplace was crowded but a table came open at the front rail so my 12 year old son, my sister and I sat at the table to rest and order food only. No drinks and we were not at the bar. The waitress brought us a menu and let us get settled which included moving a chair from one side of the restaurant the opposite side at our table. She then came back and informed us we couldn't eat there because my son was under 21. We were so tired and frazzled from the journey so far. When we expressed that all the other places were full she told us my son could stand up on the other side of the rail at our table and eat. Really?? I told her no way I would make my son do that. We were all tired and needed to rest. Why would she let him eat standing two inches from where he was sitting and not eat sitting at the table? We then left. After walking for 2 minutes we realized my sister had left a valuable present her son gave her for Christmas. We hurried back asking if anyone saw it. The waitress ignored us until we asked her several times in which h she produced oduced it from behind some boxes. She then was extre6rude to us and started verbally acosting6us for no reason in front of all the customers. I have never been treated so abusively at a restaurant

Horrible service, menu advertised croissant sandwiches, and english muffins eggs benedicy.
They did not say anything about any substitution and both the croissant sandwich and the eggs benedict were served on hamburger buns. The excuse given was the recipie changed but we didnt change the menu. No apologies no trying to make it right. Save your time and go somewhere else

My friend and I left fuming after what could have been a pleasant pre-boarding experience. Our server was rude and kept pushing a bottle of wine instead of the small glass we wanted to order. After politely declining he proceeded to bring us large glasses anyways and charge us for it. Then their CC reader would refuse to take payment without adding a tip, he asked my friend what are you doing wrong? . Worst service ever, we paid and left but could not believe the way Sarat treated us.

Place is way too small. No seating available at 4:30 pm on a Thursday, and stood and waited for a seat for 20 minutes. Typical of Sea Tac lately. Tons of construction, long lines, limited parking, restaurants where you can t get a seat. Part of the problem is the airport has limited seating in the C concourse (near the C2 and nearby gates) and not manny places to charge phones. This restaurant is packed with people needing a seat and place to charge more than anything. This used to be an airport I liked. Such poor planning by the Port of Seattle for its current growth phase.
